Right across the road from the Gulf of Mexico, this three-bedroom townhome is a great place to stay. Tenants have access to boating facilities, the Internet, and grounds for children to play on.
The chef in your group will enjoy the kitchen, which is fully stocked with appliances and cookware. Do laundry with the washer and dryer, or get some sun atop the boat dock/pier.
Activities abound in this part of Florida; they include fishing, parasailing, and golf.

Treehouse 404 has great views of the bay from the back windows and of the gulf from the front windows. The beach is a short walk across the road.
This is a three floor unit. On the first level there's a carport for parking, a main entry and a sitting area with a dry bar. There's a living room, kitchen, dining, laundry and half bath on the second floor. Three bedrooms and two baths on the third floor. Two bedrooms have double beds. In the large master bedroom there's a king bed and a day bed with a second mattress tucked away underneath it.
There were lots of bath towels but no kitchen towels. The only paper product provided was the toilet paper on the rollers. The only cleaning products provided were motel size hand soap bars in the bathrooms and one packet of dishwasher soap. We cooked in and bought groceries, cleaning and paper products at the grocery stores across the bridge in Gulf Breeze.
The reason for the ease of check-in rating - When we arrived at 3:30 PM on Easter Sunday the Realty Marts office was closed. I called and was told to check for a voice message on my cell phone with a code for a lockbox for our keys. However, the combination lock on the lockbox didn't work. We were eventually given a spare key which struggled to unlock the door. Had to go back to the office the next day to pick up our packet with the good set of keys. We did not receive any of the amenities described on the Realty Marts web site in our packet. -

This was a great condo! It was exactly as stated in the description, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master was enormous as was the rest of the condo. Loved the option of the grill as most in Pensacola do not allow grills. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The best part of the condo were the room darkening curtains. Made those mid-day naps awesome!

It was a very pretty and relaxing place to stay. It had everything we needed - great for the kids!
Just a bit of feedback that may be helpful to you -
The toilet bowls were yellow and dirty when we arrived and the grill was absolutely filthy - we had to clean all these things with quite a bit of effort. Oh and the kettle leaked - needs replacing. The telephones in the unit had terrible reception - communication was almost impossible with them.
Also the advertising indicated that there were 3 bedrooms and there were only 2. Before we flew over, I had actually sent 2 emails to you requesting confirmation of that because the photos only showed 2, however you did not respond.
These aren't major, but need to be fixed.
