We rented this unit from RMI vacations- They advertise that the units come with things like free movie tickets, mini golf etc, then when we asked about them they said since the unit was a discount we didn't get that stuff. I probably would not rent from RMI again. The condo was nice though, had new furniture, clean rooms. Kids room had 4 beds if you need that many. Property had laundry just down stairs. We did buy trash bags and some dish soap and toilet paper since the unit only had one trash bag for a week. The property is ocean front , we had a view of the pool which was fine. Other people staying on the property that had rented from owners directly said their units came with beach chairs, sand toys for kids etc and I would have preferred that. Also this entire area of the island pretty much has no public access to the beach, so its not to busy and mostly people staying at the units on the beach.

Battle GroundNice Family Spring Break

The check in and check out process was amazing! That was the best service I had experienced for a spring break. The unit, however, was not appointed as nicely as I was expecting. Our family goes to different condos every year for spring break. This was our 2nd time at Pensacola Beach. The bathroom had a mouthguard in it behind the toilet, there were no handtowels in the unit, no dishtowels to use for dishes, the refrigerator was old and loud and not working as properly. The kitchen was appointed about as nicely as you would expect a camper to be furnished. Enough to get by, but not what you'd expect in your home.
The location to the beach was great. The access to the pool was inconvenient as you had to walk around the parking lot and access a pool with a locked gate and were then locked out of the bathroom facilities that were located at the pool. Renting guests do not have access to those, only owners. So, the same inconvenience to go back to your condo to use the restroom.
The county does not allow grilling with anything other than an electric grill, but none was provided. My family had to go purchase a $50 electric grill to have a way to prepare our food. A stovetop won't work for burgers, pork chops, brats, and grilled chicken.
We had a great family trip, the location was great. The RMI people were awesome. The unit itself was lacking. -

We enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Gulf-H4. The unit had a good set-up in the second bedroom w/bunks and twin beds. The facility was very clean and the pool was nice. Unit overlooks pool for convenience and beach is just steps away. Some drawbacks-pool clubhouse was never open during operating hours and rest room at pool was locked. Complex maint personnel was not very nice and minor items in unit did not work. Overall a very good vacation.
