My name is Dave, my wife Teri and I own the condos. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is prior to 10:00 a.m. Check-in at the Portofino office open 24/7 located on the left when you enter the resort for your keys and info. You will be issued a card for one covered parking spot inside the building with additional outside spots available (all included in price). Motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted within the resort. Pets are not allowed.

I'm sorry but guests are not allowed to have pets at Portofino Island Resort.
Only 6 adults are allowed to occupy the condo. Each guest will be issued a wrist band at the front desk at check in which allows you access to resort amenities.
This $75.00 Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) fee that you pay insures the registered guest against any accidental damage to the residence or its contents for an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 when reported immediately.

I know my management company is aware of this incident and has taken steps with the staff to address things differently in the future.
