The Beach Club is a great place to stay! It has many amenities for the family. The unit was very nice. The view is breathtaking from the balcony. It is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the Boardwalk.
The unit was very well equipped. Everything was in good condition. I would definitely recommend this unit as well as other units at the Beach Club.
Rmi is a great place to get your vacation rental! -

This is a great location on the beach. The resort amenities were very good.
The condo was nice but lacked basic utensils for cooking. Only one wine glass in the cabinet... need I say more! -

We were in Pensacola for 4 nights/5 days with a couple of our kids joining us for the weekend. Great places to shop & eat close by. Sideliners had great food. Condo was clean with the excetion that a number of dishes/flatware had food stuck to them. Otherwise no issues. We had beautiful weather. Beach & pool were beautiful. It was very noisy Early on our first morning bc of all the people in the pool area which is directly along the side of this condo. Wish the balcony was as big as the ones on the main tower as I had thought, so that was a little misleading. It is prob about 6' x 10' but had a wonderful electric pit on it. Very small space for more than 4 people. Condo sits to the back of main tower and a little confusing at first to get to. Indoor pool that was suppose to be heated was freezing and indoor hot tub was boiling!! No one was in at any time I looked. Outdoor pool is wonderful & very large. My grandson loved it. Shallow end was shallow enough he could stand but also deep on the other end for adults. He's 6 and swims very well. I accidently left a a necklace on the bathroom vanity which I am Very Thankful for them finding and returning at no cost. My only concern was it took them 5 days to locate and it was found where I know it wasn't left. It was rented out not the next day but after that it was. (I was told this on the phone when I called on the way home after realizing it was left on very busy looking vanity top).
Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the balcony. Water was beautiful during our stay and my grown kids enjoyed finding shells in the water. Bring your goggles. Had a nice sand bar not to far out that my grandson could even stand on. Also loved the beach chairs & unbrella that's included w price. -

Beach Club has been my top choice for Pensacola Beach since it's early days. Now as a resort, it is even better. The gated entry and parking facility leaves a secure feeling, especially when traveling alone. The spa and pool were always clean and very enjoyable. I always stay in building a or B rather than the tower, preferring to be directly over the sand. These units are comfortable, neatly decorated, very clean, well equipped, and offer the best view of the Gulf in my opinion. The beach service is always top notch as well...real good guys with Lazy Days Beach Rentals. Tip them well, please. Realty Marts is my choice for reservationists, as it is a customer friendly company. I have rented through RMI for at least 20 years. Good people.

The view was wonderful. We were disappointed in the layout of the rooms. Also, the furniture is very uncomfortable, matresses were too hard for our tastse, and the sofa bed was like sleeping on the floor. The condo had everything we needed, but we were not comfortable.
We were glad to be close to restaurants like Hemingway's. The condo is convenient to shopping.
Did not find the parking user-friendly. -

We were so happy when the Beach Club small buildings returned after Hurricane Ivan. This condo, by far, has the best outdoor pool in Pensacola! You also have use of the amenities in the tower like the indoor pool. We also loved staying in B306 because it overlooked the beach and the pool. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and quiet.

When I made our reservation I was happy to see that the unit had a grill on the balcony. We like to cook most of our meals rather than eat out so we planned meals around having the grill. We brought steaks to grill and invited friends over that were also in the area. Imagine how upset we were to discover that the grill did not work. I called the next day and a repairman came while we were out. Still the grill did not work. I called the following day. The repairman came out again and at that point told us that we could not use the dishwasher because it was also broken. I called Sara at the RMI office who told me that parts had to be ordered for the dishwasher and the grill. Evidently they had known about the dishwasher from the week before since Sara had intended to let us know at check in that it was broken. Neither of these appliances were fixed during our weeklong stay. The only thing Sara would say is there was nothing they could do that the parts were on order and that they were at the mercy of the repair company. I asked how we would be compensated for these two MAJOR inconveniences and she replied that she did not have any authority to offer anything.
The actions of RMI are unacceptable. The dishwasher was a common brand so I am sure that parts are readily available. Also, parts can be shipped overnight.
When we are spending the amount of money it costs to take vacations not to mention the time from work I expect the rental company to do what it takes to fix problems quickly. At the very least compensation of some sort should be extended. We have rented through RMI many times but I was very disappointed in the service provided on our stay this time. I will do what I can to spend my vacation dollars elsewhere in the future. -

The Beach Club is a very nice place to stay. It is conveniently located near the Boardwalk. It has great immenities! The unit we rented was very nice with an excellent view. We will definately stay there again.
