We needed a few days away and wanted to travel south to get out of the 3-degree weather and 15 inches of snow. This condo was the perfect place for us! With a view of the gulf from our bedroom and the living room, we didn't even need to leave the condo to see the terrific sunsets, gorgeous beach and ocean breeze. It was amazing and I will definitely be coming back. Just wish I could return and stay forever.

This was a great condo - very clean and cozy. We had a great view on either side and it was perfect. We have already recommended this location to others! We can't wait to come back and stay longer next trip!

This condo was great! A perfect fit for our family of 6. The furnishings were very appropriate and the kitchen came fully equipped with everything needed. The washer/dryer in unit was sooo helpful also!
Our only complaint is, we chose early check-in and unfortunately after a 9+ hour drive from Texas, our condo was not ready when we arrived. The cleaning guys did a great job on the areas they completed but the kitchen was disgusting- crumbs on the counters, dirty floors, etc.
We will definitely return but won't opt for early check-in. -

This was our first time to stay in a condo as family so I wasn't sure what to expect. Anytime I had a question beforehand, I always got a quick response. The location was perfect and the unit was really nice! We were on the 11th floor and I actually liked being up that high. We hope to go back soon and I would stay in this same unit. Only a couple of things to mention to those who may be looking at staying...if you are there more than 3 days, you might want to bring more toilet paper. I also washed a lot so bring detergent and paper towels as well. Overall, it was really nice!

Everything was really good Exept that the floors needed a good cleaning. Something
sticky had been spilled in the living area
in front of the Loveseat and when the grandchildren walked around in their socks
the socks got really Dirty-the floor just needed a good cleaning in general. We have
really enjoyed the unit and everyone that
comes by to see us has great things to say. -

You can't help smiling when you enter this light and airy condo. Sparkling clean and more than comfortable which added to our enjoyment. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We instantly felt at home. Conveniently located, best view ever and a comfy bed. Great balcony w/nice furniture. One of the best things is if you have a problem the rental Company goes all out to make it right. Hope to return next year and thereafter.

The room was made with the family in mind. The kids had their personal room away from the Master bedroom along with their own TV to keep them entertained at times. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The living room was extraordinary with its wonderful view of the beach even from sitting on the couch watching prime time TV.

We stayed a long weekend to celebrate a 45 yoa birthday. Check-in was flawless. The place was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything you could ever need to rest, relax, and cook. Amazingly supplied with everything you could ever want and/or need for a sweet little weekend get away or anytime, not to mention the view. Read the owner's notes...seem to be very nice people.

We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the nice decor and cleanliness of our condo rental. Even though the weather did not cooperate with us, we still enjoyed our stay, and would definitely be interested in renting this unit again. It is located right on the beach, and even though it was low season, we still found places to eat nearby. The airport and the mall are not too terribly far away either. The only thing that was a problem for us was a loud whistling sound coming through the door a couple of nights when it was very cold and windy. I think that could be taken care of with weather stripping or better sealing around the door. Other than that, everything else was a OK, and I would definitely recommend this condo to my family and friends.

The condo was an excellent value and was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The check-in process was easy and convenient. We were located on the 11th floor overlooking the gulf and have all the conveniences of home. I would definitely visit again.

The condo was clean and inviting with a beautiful view of the gulf and pool. If you walk out the door to the parking lot you had an exceptional view of the bay. We were close enough to walk to resturants and shops and just a few miles from the store, very convenient. Our only complaint, there was no bbq grill anywhere on the property. We always spend a few evenings out grilling and enjoying the pool and we could not do that this year. :(

We can't wait to plan our next vacation. I entered the Bamboo Willies Bikini Contest and placed 3rd. We took a dolphin cruise. We watched the Blue angles practice. Ate out and at the condo. The accommodations were wonderful. It was a fun filled time.

We love the location of Emerald Isle. We've stayed many places in Pensacola - it is our family trip every year. Since we travel with extremes in ages (4 to 89) our top priorities are proximity to the beach and space to gather in the unit and no stairs. Although Beach Club is also on the beach it is set back farther and has a very small living area but they do have a 3rd bathroom. Portofino has a great living area (the best we’ve found) and three bathrooms but to get to the gulf you have to cross the street – or much more area if you are in a back building. At Emerald Isle the only thing we had to give up was a bathroom in the 3-bed unit. My only complaint about Emerald Isle is that the two bathrooms have no counter space. Pedestal sinks are not what they need - there was barely room for the toothbrushes! Even with that we will probably be back due to the almost perfect package we’ve found there.

This condo is amazing. It had all of the amenities we could have wanted plus some. The location was great - right on the beach close to the end so not a lot of action around. It was perfect for a little quiet family vacation. We loved the book selection, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped - they had everything! The only problem we had while there was when we first arrived. It was after hours, so we had to pick up the keys from the office, and when we got to the condo we had the wrong key. UGH. This was definitely a pain, and it took too long to get the situation resolved, but we did end up getting the right key and had a wonderful stay. We will be back, and hopefully will get the correct key on the first try.

Southern Resorts was unlike your usual rental agency. They were always there when we had a question and most accommodating to our requests. Everyone we spoke to by phone or in person made it a pleasant experience.
Every year, we select a beach for a girls' getaway. This year it was Pensacola Beach. Our rental (1102 Emerald Isle) could not have pleased us more. The location, furnishings, beach atmosphere, colors and accessories were so comfortable we felt like we were in our own home. The rental was supplied with everything you need right at the start to get going - little packets of dishwasher detergent, a small bottle of dish liquid, soaps, shampoo & bathwash, moisturizer, and paper towels. The beds were comfortable, towels fluffy and the whole condo was very clean. We have rented condos in the past for our getaways at other beaches and this was the most comfortable and cozy one. It truly felt like someone cared that we were happy here. We hated to leave. -

We loved your condo. We had a great time. Our two boys loved sharing the room with the sailboat bedding. We live on the coast in Mississippi. We loved the nautical theme in the children's bedroom. We had a great time. My boys loved to eat at Surf Burger. We plan to come back at least once a year. Our hope is to stay in your unit only. We loved it. We had a great view of the ocean. It was one of the best trips we have ever been on.

After having a bad experiencve with a condo in Ft. Walton Beach, your Pensacola office set us up in Emerald Isle Unit #1102for the rest of the weekend. It was updated, decorated perfectly and was impecably clean. I have already recommended it to friends. Pensacola Beach is perfect for a quick getaway from New Orleans, so we will certainly come back again and will stay in this unit.
Please consider having a floor vacuum cleaner available for sand brought in. Hard to keep that from happening.

We were extremely impressed with our condo #1102 at Emerald Isle. It was very clean and a comfortable place to stay. It was full of beach scene furniture and pics. This was not our first choice of a condo. We actually planned to stay in a different condo at Emerald Isle which was also owned by Southern Resorts but when I was ready to book, it was already taken. I was disappointed and didnt know what to expect from #1102. However, it was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff was easy to work with and extremely kind. We will absolutely stay there again. Great experience!!!!!!!!!!
