RESERVATION POLICY
Check in time begins at 04:00 PM. All guests who arrive early are able to use the resort amenities however access to the accommodations will not be until 04:00 PM.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Deposit policy is 50% at time of booking and payment in full 14 days before arrival for short stays and 21 days for monthly stays.
Cancellation Policy – All reservations require a 30 day (45 days during period from May 18 through September 10) cancellation notice prior to arrival for daily or weekly stays to receive advance deposit refund, less a $85.00 processing fee. No refund is issued for cancellations that are less than 30 days (45 days May-August) before arrival.

  Amazing best describes this condo! We really enjoyed our stay at Portofino. We visited Pensacola in July for the Blue angels show (a must see). From the moment we arrived, the check-in was very easy and fast. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view from the 16Th floor is breathtaking. You get the best of both worlds with the view of the Bay as well as the Gulf. The condo is very well maintained and decorated in a luxurious beach style theme. The condo was very spacious, and had everything we needed to make us feel at home, from appliances like a dishwasher to utensils in the kitchen, and even a grill on the balcony. The Portofino facility is great with indoor and outdoor heated pools and Jacuzzis, tennis courts, restaurant, and an absolutely amazing beach. The kids loved jumping on the inflatable water slides on the bay. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would absolutely come back and recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Portofino.
