Great location for view and access to beach. Lovely neighborhood, very friendly people.
House was lacking in some amenities like salt/pepper, coffee filters, sugar until able to get to grocery store. The BBQ grill is only a charcoal weber grill.
Great value however. -

This is a very nice location if you just want to stay for a couple of days. It is fully equipped with pots and pans,linens, plates, etc. It is a older location and there are some wear and tear to the property, but for the price the house is great!!! There is an excellent view of the beach and there is easy access to the beach right outside your door. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!!

A group of 4 couples stayed here and it was great. The home is really spacious, we spent a lot of time on the porch. The location is great, we used the trolly to go into town at night. I would definately recommend this home to others.

The property itself is terrific, lot's of sleeping space, a great front porch, and a terrific, unobstructed view of the ocean. My only complaint is the lack of attention to detail provided by the Rental Company. Specifically, they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and did not provide any paper towels. I think for $400+ per night, these simple accommodations should be expected and supplied. How long is 3 rolls of toilet paper going to last in a house that sleeps 12-15 people? About half a day.

Southern Vacation Rental Employee's were so very helpful with our getting to the beach house etc. The house itself is average. The fold out couch was broken and it is the first time I went to a beach house that did not have an ice maker. This house would be good for younger adults. I am 50 years old and need a comfortable bed and easy sitting arrangements. However, this house was very close to the beach and the upstairs balcony was wonderful! We were able to have a 2 man band on the balcony and our neighbors enjoyed the pleasant music as much as we did. Again, I would recommend this to younger families and responsible younger adults. :)

Great beach access with a great view! Newer kitchen and living area was nice. There are 4 bedroom/bathrooms in the house, but, one of them is not attached to the rest of the house. It has it's own outside entrance, so whoever stays there will need a key to access the rest of the house. That's the only thing we really didn't like.

The 4br/4bath combination was great for us. Each family group had their own room - even my sister & her husband & 3 boys had their own bedroom with separate entrance downstairs and washer/dryer in room. We only ate out once because we cooked all our meals and ate together in the well-appointed kitchen. Southern Resorts staff was great when I called about a repair, they came within 15 minutes and took care of it. The porch has a beach view and great breeze. Would stay there again!

The check-in/out processs was a breeze. The home itself had a fantastic view of the Gulf. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. The best part was the 4th bedroom w/ its own bath (the kids used it for video games and reading). The worst part of our stay was the weather (only Mother Nature could have changed that!)...it was freezing cold and the wind was horrific so we didn't spend any of our weekend on the beach!
