BeachWaves is a great beach house for your family gathering. This five bedroom home has 3200 square foot of indoor space plus a garage/game room and another 3000 square feet of open and covered decks!
We cannot rent to college and high school groups. All adults must be 25 or older to rent Beach Waves.
The house is located in a gated community located on the part of Santa Rosa Island that is known as Pensacola Beach. We are a small neighborhood that has a private pool, community fishing pier and is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound - both a short walk South or North.

Our neighborhood is located on the East end of Pensacola Beach next to Portofino towers. From our pier you can walk East along the sound past Portofino for miles and miles on an empty beach where you can find crabs and all kinds of wildlife. The Gulf of Mexico is across the street with no houses between us and the water.

We appreciated the thoroughness of information before we got there, and loved all aspects of this great home. It was perfect for our large family group and we loved the close proximity to the beach and the pool. Close enough to restaurants and stores, but far enough from the busy part of the beach to feel relaxing. The kids enjoyed riding the trolley and the new ferris wheel.

We have met for family reunions near Pensacola Beach for the past 30 years. This house has the best kitchen of any place we have ever rented. The cabinets were good and well stocked (spices, bowls, flatware, glassware, plates, griddles, coffee pots - too much to list all). The two Bosch dishwashers helped keep things clean and organized (very quiet while running too).
The location was excellent for kayaking on the sound or going to the beach on the Gulf. Five families fit comfortably in the house. There we more "kid" sized beds than we needed - but we were comfortable.
Our older family members really appreciated the elevator!

"Beachwaves" is by far the best beach house I have ever stayed at. I have taken 2 beach vacations every year for the past 20 years and I could not have picked a better beach house.
There is nothing you could want that this house does not provide for you . The kitchen is stocked better than my own.
Just steps from the beach and since it rained non stop the first 2 days we were there , we were very glad to have the space this house had to offer.

We had a fantastic time and this house is ideal for a family get-together. Plenty of space and the location is perfect. We took a one day trip to Gulfarium in Fort Walton, only about an hour drive, and had a wonderful time. The beaches are beautiful and breath-taking and the pool adjacent to the house makes for a wonderful way to cool off in the afternoon. We were sorry to leave and we would stay at this home again in a heartbeat.

Our family of 13 (grandparents, parents, grandchildren) recently stayed in your wonderful house during our trip to Pensacola Beach. What an amazing experience! The house fit our needs perfectly. The bunk rooms were perfect for our grandchildren (lots of giggling going on!) Everything was supplied that we could possibly need beach toys, chairs, bikes...) We were able to enjoy lots of time on the beach (with unbelievably white sand!), watching the dolphins that came daily to entertain us, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the decks with the incredible views of the water surrounding us. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our crew. We could either cook up their favorite foods, grill when we wanted or enjoy the wonderful restaurants nearby. We truly could have stayed much longer, and hopefully will on our next visit, just to fit in everything we wanted to do! Thanks so much for the experience.

We would rent this home again if our group required a home of this size. The access to the pool, beach and sound was fantastic. Bikes, kayaks, games etc...we had everything we needed! Beautiful place!

Our whole family enjoyed very much staying at Beach Waves. It was a fantastic location...with beautiful views of both the sound and the ocean. It was obvious that it was a home and not just a normal rental. I feel fortunate to have located it on the internet.

The home was fantastic and fully furnished with everything we needed. Maria was great in getting it reserved for us and also checking on us to make sure everything was going ok. Our kids and their kids loved the place and we had our mothers out for Thanksgiving dinner. A wonderful time was had by all.

This location is great in itself as Pensacola beach with magnificent views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the sound. The house is fully equiped with kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, pool, games, ideas for things to do...it was the ultimate vacation friendly private resort!! Could not ask for more for the price. It sleeps a small and large group nicely. It is cozy as a home away from home. We had a blast with movies and popcorn (surround sound included), midnight glass of wine on the patio, breakfast on patio during sunrise, and dinner for 10 at corner dining room table with the best kitchen bar buffet. We rekindled our family spirit with this vacation!!! I highly recommend this house for your travels. It was an awesome experience. Loved it better than hotel rooms!

Wow! We certainly picked the right house! Having never been to Pensacola, and with so many options online, I wondered if we would see a house on the island that would make us second guess our choice. We did not. After our week at Beachwaves we are so glad we stayed there. The house was perfect for our group. Being right beside the community pool was great. The foosball table was a bit hit. The kayaks were fun. The proximity to both the gulf and the pier on the sound was really amazing. I loved being able to look out the windows any time I wanted and see my Sea-Doo on the mooring ball by the pier. The view from the 4th floor deck was truly wonderful. We enjoyed watching afternoon/evening storms roll in with impressive lightning displays. One night we walked the beach with a full moon. Gorgeous! Maria was very helpful and made us feel like we could call her for anything. Our extended family would definitely consider staying at Beachwaves again and if anyone asks for the place to stay on Pensacola island our answer is an easy one. Thanks!

Beautiful house with views of the Gulf and the Sound. Bedrooms and beds for all; even pack n plays and a high chair for the babies! House provided beach chairs and other beach toys, even 2 kayaks for our use! The elevator was great for bringing supplies and groceries up and down. Porches got a constant breeze and were shaded both in the morning and the evening. Only complaint; needs a crew of 4 or 5 to adequately clean between rentals!

The size of the house and the layout were just perfect for 3 couples(king/queen bedrooms) and 3 boys and 3 girls (bunk rooms). The younger children loved to lie on the top deck and color. The beach was a short walk and with the pool right next door, the children loved it. We will probably do this again.

This is our 2nd year at Beachwaves as a family. Our family is large and we rent three houses in the neighborhood but we all meet every day for lunch and dinner. Beachwaves is able to accomodate all of us. It is spacious, well equipped and the view are great from the porches. The elevator is very helpful for my parents who have some difficulties with walking. We love everything about the house and are very grateful to the owners for sharing it with us! We will go back year after year if we can.

Our extended family (10 kids and 7 adults) loved this home. It was set apart from the commercial part of Pensacola Beach but close enough to enjoy it. We loved the glassed railing that enabled us to sit and look over the bay and the gulf without anything blocking our view. We kayaked (there are 2 in the garage) in the bay and the gulf, biked, swam in the pool and boogie boarded in the gulf. Having 2 dishwashers and 2 washers & dryers was really helpful. I wouldn't bother lugging my boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs or bikes next time I go. The garage was full of these items for us to use. Loved the house and would recommend highly to anyone!

This house is perfect! We had two families of four adults and two toddlers and this house was fantastic! One family took one floor and one family took the other. Two washer/dryers, two dishwashers, plenty of outside toys for the kids (we shouldn't have hauled ours with us there were so many there!) and fantastic views! The glass around the decks was perfect with the kids because we didnt have to worry about them climbing through rails so we could kick back and let them play while enjoying the views!
The elevator was great for taking the luggage/groceries upstairs, as there are quite a few steps! :)
