SPECTACULAR! One word that describes everything about this house. The huge family room and very well equipped kitchen where you can entertain your group of 12. The views of the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound from every window. The 2 master bedrooms with private baths, plus 2 more bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The community pool. The pier that extends 180’ into the sound to fish and/or watch evening sunsets. Home Theater with movies. We also provide beach towels, a wagon for the beach AND plenty of sand toys. All you need to pack is a camera and your clothes!

We have stayed at Summer Beach Blues twice now and have found it to be a wonderful place for our family's beach vacation! The kitchen is large, bright and open - well equipped for cooking and feeding a crowd. The home is very comfortable with large bedrooms and living area and wonderful porches! The owners are very accommodating and very easy to work with. The neighborhood also has a pool if you tire of the beach. So relaxing and views of both the gulf and the sound. This is a wonderful vacation home.

Great beach that was never crowded at this location. Very convenient home with fully equipped kitchen and everything we needed for the beach. Rooms in the house are big and comfortable with water views everywhere. Inside bathrooms are nicely done. The outdoor shower is an awesome way to finish a day at Pensacoloa Beach!
