This house feels like our home when our large family has stayed here. The best amenity is the elevator for our senior parents, and for transporting groceries and luggage. The new room with the bunk beds is very small and claustrophobic, however would be great if you had small children to go in them. The walk over boardwalk is awesome, and having a partial covered deck really comes in handy. The additional ice freezer is so perfect for making pina coladas and icing our coolers. The master bedroom is fantastic along with the bathroom, and would be even greater with 2 queen beds instead of one king, so that everyone would not fight over wanting it and could accomodate more than 2 people. Tv's in every bedroom is a really cozy touch when you are tired at night and just need some down time. Air conditioning works well and cools all parts of house adequately. The house could use a little more parking space for alot of guests staying at the house. Fantastic House but very costly seems to go up substantially each year - there are other houses comparable to this house and much less in price. If money is no object go for this one you will love it!
