Overall a great stay, the check in was so easy it didnt even take 5 mins, the house was really pretty inside, eveything worked great, we did find trash under a recliner but other than that it was really clean, only thing that bother us what the grass, it needed to be mowed, made the house look ugly from outside.Loved the shower outside, made it easier not to get sand inside the house. And really liked it was located just a walking distance from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and definetly will rent from realty marts again.

We celebrated our mother's 75th birthday. Four families with kids came together for this. We loved being so close to the beach and the widow's walk on top of the house. House was clean and comfortable.

we were able to check in on time and quickly.
personnel was friendly.the home was great.
i did have to pick up trash in the yard,though.
the location was good.it was close to the beach just a short walk.the area was not real crowded.
the decks were great.the top deck we were able to look out to see the bay and the gulf.the outside shower was great to knock the sand off after the beach.the least would be the yard.this house would look great with a yard.i would pick this location again. -

Actually, my grandson checked out housing possibilities and that place seemed to fit our needs. It did but it does need
some upkeep attention in the hall bath. I didn't use it myself
but there were comments made about leaky faucets and maybe
loose handles in bath tub. It was a great week with 28 of our extended family together (in different houses, of course!)
Pensacola is my home & we started these get togethers with my siblings and their families before our boys were teens. Now the grandchildren are taking over the details. The only thing that wasn't appreciated were the stairs. Our "ole" knees let us know about the extra effort!!Response from Realty Marts International - 02/19/2009

May want ask about adding another TV if there's a chance of rain. Sharing the TV with three children became a problem, solved only by allocating specific time slots.
May need to ensure the decks have been treated several splinters were removed during our stay. Over all, the location I thought was great in reference to the beach itself, nights quit and house very neat, clean and organized.
