We rented the house in January for a place for our family to stay for our duaghter's wedding in Pensacola. House had plenty of room and the location was great. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Once we cleaned the house up, it was very comfortable for our large group (5 couples and 4 singles). The large number of bathrooms and the big dining room table allowed everyone to be comfortable and not feel crowded. The bay location was awesome with pelicans, stingrays and dolphins in view from the dock. Rmi did make things right as far as the condition of the house. Plusses was the location on the bay and near everything, backyard dock, plenty of bathrooms and large rooms to allow big family meals and gatherings. Room for parking and outdoor areas (porch, patio, back deck and dock) Negatives: house had not been cleaned or linens washed prior to our arrival.some appliances were dated but all worked, barbecue grill had only one working burner.

the service was very good, we had no problems with the house.the house was very spacious and the setup suited us well. we liked being on the bay with the dock and also not to far from the beach. the house also has a lot of parking space that suited my family

We had a great time. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Great sunset view over the sound every evening.

The dock was great and provided many hours of great fun. Great property if you don't stay directly on the beach, having the bay compensated for the average beach access. Property needs a pool!
