Rental company staff was excellent, house was wonderful, great view, perfect access to beach, a very relaxing vacation. Little red ants on the counters and cupboards caused a slight problem and couldn`t figure out where they were coming from but we purchased some things to trap and or exterminate them the last couple days. We will definitely be back.

We have been on vacation to several different countries and time shares, but nothing in the 20+ years of going to Pensacola Beach has ever come close to comparing. The scenery, the sand, the water, the multiple activities, shopping, and the house we rent just makes the week perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the location for our month long stay. However, it was rather odd to be reported by the owner's mother? as being irresponsible renters and having us spot-checked. We felt it was a definite invasion of our privacy. We are local homeowning mature adults with adult children and grandchildren. We have lived in Pensacola our entire lives and we had explained to our representative (Yoko, who was great) that we planned to have our wedding and reception at the home upon our first visit to RMI, so we thought this was definitely in bad taste to be treated like spring breakers!
Otherwise our stay, our dealings with RMI and the home were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed spending time with our kids and grandkids, family members and close local friends at a very special time in our lives.Response from Realty Marts International - 10/15/2009

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house and beach. You guys made it so easy and stress free and the entire experience was enjoyable. We loved the house and will try to rent it again next year for a week if possible.
