The house needed some work and repairs but for the most part was great. Loved all the decks and outdoor showers. My stay went well until the day I left. I was told they were charging me extra because I did not put out the trash. When I very well did and I even washed the dishes and removed the linen and blankets from the bedrooms to be washed, then placing them in front the washing machine for housekeeping. I suppose that was a mistake. After speaking with the rental company I agreed to pay $50 extra, and they charged my card with $78. I did not appreciate the handling of the situation or the fact that the company lied about the cost they'd charge me.

The home meets our needs as a family and is comfortable. The location is perfect.
The thing that was liked best was the varying levels of outside decks whic enable you to see the ocean. -

The house was great! There's only 2 things that could have made it better with all those decks - a pool and a hot tub! But other than that we were walking distance from the beach, the house was clean and very nice. Plenty of space for 10 people. We had a blast and will most likely rent this house again!

This is a great house. The only draw back is the sofa and tv are too small. I'd rent it again though.

There were seven of us from three families from Missouri, Virginia, and Denmark. The house was great--nice furnishings and generously stocked kitchen. The decks were wonderful for watching the 4th of July fireworks and the Blue Angels. No complaints!!

Started coming to Pensacola in 1997 and have stayed numerous places. This house by far was the best place I have rented. The inside was well furnished with everything you would need in the kitchen. Loved the pool table and the three story deck that was the best on the beach!
