Our beach vacation home getaway is located on Pensacola Beach on Santa Rosa Island in Escambia County, Florida along The Gulf of Mexico. We are at the Northeast corner of one of the entrances to Villa Segunda neighborhood located at Avenida 18 and Via de Luna Drive. The trolley stops steps away on the corner for travels around the beach. The Community Park with basketball and tennis courts, roller hockey rink, jogging track and playground with a gazebo for resting between play is located directly across the street. Parking is available under our carport, double wide driveway and along the street if needed. There is also parking directly across the street if needed. Bikes are provided for those who would like to venture out and explore the bike paths that run along the side of our home or to ride around the beach neighborhoods to see the variety of home designs, landscaping and possibly stop at a local shop or pub along the way.

The Security Deposit is a refundable deposit required to secure rental time frame desired. It converts to a Damage Deposit upon rental. It is returned within 5 - 7 business days following rental once Property Managers have had an opportunity to view the property to ensure no loss or damage was incurred during rental.

This was a great spot for us. My husband, daughter and myself stayed 3 nights in October and had perfect weather. The beach and water were beautiful! We loved all the beach toys, bikes and especially the wagon. It was very easy to get to and from the beach with all of our stuff because of the red wagon! The house was cozy, clean and I loved the decor. The master bedroom is very roomy. The blinds are nice, but window treatments in the bedrooms would have helped with the morning sun. I would have rated this 5 stars if the master bedroom had a king size newer mattress and the bedrooms were darker in the morning. But besides that the house was fabulous! The owner was very easy to work with as well. We would definitely book again, especially for a short stay. Oh, and I really enjoyed the facebook page for this rental!

Wow, this home has everything you need except your food and toiletries.
The house is located in a residential area of the island, so you have room to relax. Yet you are close to all the activities the island has to offer (about a mile). The 2 balconies were my favorite place to be. Great for morning coffee, reading, sunbathing, and cocktails. House was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need. Lots of little extras. Great for families, girls weekend, romantic getaway. -

We found this home to be exactly as described in the listing. It is nicely decorated and comfortable and we found it stocked with absolutely everything needed to enjoy our stay. The home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and is just a short walk to the beautiful beach. It was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella, bikes, and sand toys to use while we were there. The owners were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to help us with a special request. We would love to return for another visit.
