Response from the manager This is the first we have learned of these problems. We are anxious and eager to ensure that everyone has a good time at the resort. In the future, if there is anything not up to your par please let us know so that we can make it right. The AC was the only thing which was report and it was fixed the same day. The front door has an electronic lock which is simple to use (code to open and twist-lever to lock), but again if our guests have trouble with a lock we hope they will call so that we can assist them in figuring out how it works. We did not find any bugs in the condo, but in an effort to ensure that no one else does either we had the pest control folks go through again. JD Hallam, PKRM Rental Manager

Response from the manager Thank you for mentioning how clean the condo is kept by our housekeeping. They work very hard and take a great deal of pride in having the condos ready by 4pm at check-in time for our guests. The bed in this condo is less than a year old and since some prefer a firm mattress whereas other a softer one, the condos are typically equipped with what the owners prefer. A rubber mat in the bathtub is a good idea. We have these in the office for our guests when requested. As each condo is privately owned, we typically do not put stuff in there that the owner hasn't supplied, but I can pass this along to the owner to see if they would like for us to put one in the condo. Nonetheless, if a condo needs something while you are staying please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our website does not advertise a bar being open currently. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
