The Ledlow is a 3 unit beach house on the Gulf of Mexico with 200ft of Gulf Front snow white sands of Perdido Key, Pensacola, Fl. Each unit has 4 bdrms, 4 baths and can be rented as 1 unit-4 bdrm 4 bath, 2 units-8 bdrms 8 baths, or 3 units-12 bdrm , 12 baths. All units can be combined by an internal door. My husband and I stayed at Ledlow for six weeks with our oldest daughter who is in a wheelchair. We wanted a long term stay right on the beach to get away from the Midwest for part of winter and look for a permanent home in the Pensacola area. This was our home away from home and was peaceful and relaxing every day. Our two younger college-age daughters stayed here for the holidays and the boyfriend of one also joined us for a couple of days. There was plenty of room in this one unit for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. We have had to make some adjustments for our wheelchair bound daughter, since she can get around by herself and she drives, so the gravel in the parking area was a challenge and we had to build a little ramp over the threshold to the deck. But for most handicapped people who are either in power chairs or have speed chair skills - or for those who are pushed by others and have some ability to walk - there would be no issues. Plus - we have been able to have our two little dogs with us here and have plenty of space to walk them where we can easily pick up after them. The house is very, very family friendly with furnishings and flooring that is easy care. The kitchen is very well equipped - we didn't really need to bring anything with us. If you have a family reunion coming up - this is the place for you! All three 4 bedroom units can be opened up to join together with connecting doors. Best of all I think is that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It's like having four hotel rooms in one space! We highly recommend!

The Ledlow is very comfortable. It is big enough for our large group. We've been going to the Ledlow for several years and love it. The nearby attractions (restaurants, stores, etc.) are great, also.

really nice condo. perfect for family reunions. There are 3 condos that can be rented separately (doors locked and close off from other condos) or all 3 can be rented and doors opened so all 3 dens/kitchens flow from one to the other.

Every year, for over 40 years, my family has taken a family vacation in FL or alabama. We have stayed at various condos due to "mother nature" but the Ledlow is by far our favorite. We were so excited when it was rebuilt. We usually rent more than 1 of the condos, sometimes 2 and sometimes all 3 and we use the middle one as our "main condo". It is comfortable, well supplied to meet all our needs, from age 90 to under 1. We will continue to rent the Ledlow while it continues to be available.
