We are now in our second year of owning this vacation property. We have had a very positive experience with the many lovely families who rented from us this summer and are looking forward to some of them returning again next summer. There was a total renovation to this wonderful villa with new furnishings, new paint throughout, new granite counter tops and back splash in the kitchen, and fresh, new additions to the bathrooms. There is new carpeting throughout the entire second floor along with new beds and mattresses, as well as, many well thought-out details for your comfort.

The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 6. It... is one of the few free standing single cottages remaining on the Gulf Coast! The large wooden deck overlooking the Gulf is one of its most outstanding features and is perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise and romantic dinners with the sunset.

The seaside cottage is a reflection of the owners laid-back, yet somewhat sophisticated take on a comfortable beach vacation. On the main floor, the living area has glass doors and windows all facing the Gulf, offering incredible views. The comfortable and attractive seating faces an entertainment center equipped with a 40" HD TV with digital cable, DVD player, and stereo system; wireless internet connection is also provided. In addition, a half bath and laundry closet ore off the entry hall.

Three bedrooms are on the upstairs level, the master has a new king 5-star Marriott mattress, an enlarged private path including a newly tiled shower with frameless glass enclosure and a large vanity with marble countertop and drawer storage. A cozy bay window with sitting area has a panoramic view of the gulf and has a comfy chair and ottoman perfect for relaxing and reading a good beach "read"! A queen bed (5-star Marriott mattress) occupies the second bedroom. There is also a nice dressing table/vanity to give that bedroom a space in which to sit for applying makeup or drying your hair. The third bedroom has two XL twin beds with the same 5-star Marriott mattresses. These 2 bedrooms share a nice hall bath with a newly tiled shower also with a frameless glass enclosure. In addition, both full bathrooms are provided with a package of luxury bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for you pleasure. Hairdryers are also furnished.

Parking for 3 cars is possible under the cottage, with the main living area up one flight of stairs. The kitchen opens to the dining area for 4, separated by a breakfast bar with seating for 2.

A boardwalk makes for easy access to the white sand beach.

Enjoy the Molokai pool across the street, or try your luck at fishing off the Molokai dock which is on Ole River. There is also a sitting area with benches overlooking the water. All the right ingredients to make this the perfect vacation spot for you to come year after year!

Additional Location Information

The cottage is one of 23 villas, 7 on the beach side, and the remaining on the River side. Ours is on the beach side. Only 4 of them are rentals, so it is well maintained and beautiful due to owners pride. The 3-car covered parking spaces are directly underneath the unit.

There is plenty of golf, shopping, restaurants and water sports available in the area. It's very close to Pensacola and the Naval Air Museum. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are practice days for the Blue Angels and you can see them right from your balcony!

Maximum number of guests is 6. To book, half of the rental fee is required at booking and the remaining is due 30 days prior to reservation.
There is also a MINIMUM of ONE week stay.

  This condo is truly a fabulous place! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, along with having all the ammenities you need to have a great vacation. We especially loved the deck that faces the gulf, and to top it off, you are only steps to the ocean. It was also great for afternoon sunsets or morning coffee. We did a combination of cooking in and going out for dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked, but we also went out to eat a few times as there are several very good resturants within a close proximity. We are looking forward to our return trip to the condo in the near future! Lastly, we wanted to mention that the owners were one of the nicest we have ever rented from!
