Top Restaurants: Cobalt, Oyster Bar, Cottons, The Hang out, Lulu's, Hub Stacey's, Landry's, McGuire's, Tacky Jacks, The Jellyfish Bar, Pirates Cove, Lillian's Pizza & Grilling on the back deck with the built in grill. Favorite Activities: Jet Ski around Ono island and view the beach homes until its time to park at the sand bar for some sun and snorkeling. Afterwards ride out to Tacky jacks or the Florabama yacht club for appetizer and Cocktails. The ride home with beautiful sunset and dolphins following close is the best. Closest boat ramp is behind Hub Stacey's Restaurant or another boat ramp would be next to tacky jacks restaurant. Walk 5 houses down the street and your at the beach with deeded access. This beach access is private to the neighborhood which typically leaves you with plenty of privacy on the beach. The Dog Track has poker tables and greyhound dog races. The Blue wahoos is a new baseball team as of 2012 for Pensacola. Plenty of outlet mall shopping at Foley. The Wharf typically has great concerts at the Amphitheater. Check ticket master for dates and upcoming shows. Home of the Blue Angels Airshow. Catch the Blue angels practicing above you during the day and feel the adrenaline from the jets! Try a water taxi to transport you from the house to the Florabama club at night for only $8 each way and enjoy the boat ride while you relax with a cold beverage.

I absolutely love this house! We stayed here last summer and we will definitely be back...The house itself is beautiful yet liveable. You know you stay in some places and your afraid to move because your afraid your going to break or damage something. Not here...the furnishings are very pretty but user friendly, as well. It's classy beachy, and I love it. I was here with my husband and 4 kids, and having a kitchen was wonderful. Also, not having to lug all of our stuff up umpteen flights of stairs...a godsend! Now, I saved the best for last, and when I booked this place I didn't even know this was going to be "the thing"...you know, the thing that keeps you coming back...but here it is...the location! And I'm not talking about Perdido Key, although that place it divine. I'm talking about the fact that the bay is in your backyard, and the beach right down the street. It was the best of both worlds for me and my family. We'd go enjoy the waves and the beach and sand and then come back and jump in the bay...The kids loved it! We'd never had the "bay experience" before and now we can't do without it. There is a bar and sink set up on the dock. I served the kids watermelon from there. Also, at night, there are lights under the water by the dock and the fish flock to that area...it was fascinating! I can't say enough nice things about this property...I just know that this is our new home away from home!

This was a great experience. I will most definately return! It is in a great location. Close to good restraunts, the beach, and entertainment. The house alone keeps you entertained with the big deck and night fishing lights. Way to many features to list. I will be back as soon as possible!

I have stayed at this property numerous times, and it never ceases to amaze me! The home is beautiful, the bay is pristine- it almost has a northern nautical feel to it-, and it's only steps away from an almost completely private beach. Each and every time I walk over the pier, my breath is literally taken away, as the water is the most crystal that I have ever seen on the entire gulf coast. This property is wonderful for all ages, but I would highly recommend it to couples as a romantic getaway and families with older children. If you have a jetski and you like to observe ocean wildlife in a natural habitat, you're in luck! We always bring our jetski and spend hours traveling to little islands on the bay and following the dolphins around. Every time I have been to this property I have seen dolphins in the bay!! Not to mention: The home in and of itself is stunning!!! It's clean, which is the most important thing to me- with plenty of space and every kitchen utensil imaginable. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are roomy with ample storage space. The grill is a picnic grill and we use it every time we go. We cook fresh seafood from the seafood place down the street. The house is close to so many attractions!! In one direction, you are only miles away from Blue angels air shows, the naval air force base, the mall, and the sparkling Pensacola beaches. In the other direction, you have access to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach with so much fun stuff to do- I can't even begin to get into it! Florabama- one of the most popular bars in america is a short three minute cab ride away. This house and area is perfect. The owner is easy to work with- really caters to his repeat customers- and we will never ever stay anywhere other than this property.
