I'll pass along the feedback concerning the bed to the owner and next time call if the bed isn't just right. We may not be able to get a new mattress, but we can certainly bring over a mattress topper to help make it better suited to your preference on softness. Yes, the tubs in this condo are very deep and this condo doesn't have a walk-in shower, but it's great for soaking and relaxing! Hope to see you again soon.
