All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Beautiful little warm cottage set away from the road next to the owners property looking onto their lovely garden.Everything in the cottage is of a very high standard e.g..cooker,dishwasher, furnishings and bathroom. The location of the cottage makes it ideal for visiting different areas of Cornwall, The Lost Gardens of Heligan being the highlight of our week. Steve the owner was most helpful even after we locked ourselves out the first evening and a big bonus was making a fuss of their beautiful Cavalier Spaniel Merril.We will definitely return next year

Upon arriving we were amazed with the quality of the accomodation. The cottage was immaculately clean and lovely and modern. Every need is catered for and it was a truly wonderful base for our week in Cornwall. The hosts were delightful and so very helpful. The location of the cottage was ideal for travelling around Cornwall with the beautiful village of Mevagissey being just 5 minutes away by car. We simply could not find fault with our stay and were very sad to leave. Looking forward to returning.

Small but perfectly formed. Excellent accommodation. Ideal place to rest and relax. Close to Heligan, Eden, Falmouth, and many others. As members of National Trust and English Heritage it was ideal. Owners were brilliant with information - Duchy Garden Centre was a great way to finish our holiday. Minor issues - pub was too far to walk with my knees, and easy chairs were small for my large frame - but these points were inconsequential compared with our cottage and hosts. Would love to go again.

Small drawback you both had to be up and dressed before

We had so looked forward to this holiday as my wife had
been through quite a traumatic period after an accident.
The place we chose, looked ideal for our needs and sure
enough it lived up to every expectation. The owner was very
helpful with advise on the area and the weather was perfect.
We loved every minute and found some delightful places to
visit. We loved it all. -

The welcome and attention in every way was excellent.
The small property was very comfortable and equipped to the highest standard.
It was an excellent centre for many gardens including the Eden project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Beaches and countryside were in easy reach, as was the north coast.
All the above were the things I liked the most and there was nothing I did not like.
