The house was lovely, although in need of some maintenance and more consistent upkeep. The house definitely needs an instruction manual for things like the pool fountains and lights. There were numerous light switches in the house that didn't turn anything on.
Not terribly pleased with the response time to an issue with the dishwasher- we called, someone was supposed to come the next day, we waited, no one showed up, we called again and got a phone- tutorial (same with the pool issues). For the price of the rental these things should have been checked out and been addressed prior to our arrival, or within 12 hours of notification.
Landscaping took quite a hit in the surprise snow/frost event and it was very depressing to look at dead and dying plants while trying to enjoy the sun. Property managers should have done a better job responding to the landscaping as well- none of the neighbor yards were quiet as dead. -

Just disappointed, we paid a lot of money and the house was dirty and we couldn't even swim in the dirty cold pool
