Needed a place to stay for my daughter's wedding and I searched the web for months before I finally decided on this townhouse and I was not disappointed! Other family members rented condos but this was a better choice, more like being in your own home. Each bedroom had a nice deck for having coffee and enjoying the view, the little ones loved the loft area! The gourmet kitchen was beautiful! We couldn't ask for a better location, convenient to everything. The kids made use of the pool toys and I took a spin on one of the bikes! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the beach was right across the street. Rent this place if you want to feel like you are at "home", rent a condo if you want the "hotel" experience with hallways and a lobby.

Well, this was a great great rental and vacation stay for my family. We had never been to the West Coast of Florida before, and we just loved it! The owners made it very easy to gain access to the unit, and we were able to park our car in a garage! How often do you get to do that? The unit itself was beautiful - very well decorated and well-appointed. Beautiful TV and home theater, wifi connectivity, felt just like home!
All the amenities you could ask for! My kids loved the loft area...it was like an adventure for them every night! This unit sleeps 10 easily, much more than we could bring! Great pool on-site...when you get too tired from walking to the very close beach...gorgeous sand and great calm Gulf surf. Very close to Gulf Shores aL...lots to do! Our family really enjoyed the property. The house has everything that you need and having access to a pool is an added bonus. Location is great as you are within walking distance to Perdido beach, which is not crowded at all, and you are a short drive from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores if you want to visit the more tourist populated areas.

What can I say? This town home has everything you could possibly ask for. The only thing you need to bring is your suitcase! This home is fully stocked!!
There are grocery stores so close and convenient.
The private pool was a super plus for after lunch lounging. The beach is a short walk from the house so be sure to bring the wagon with you. They have chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, and toys for the little ones! My kids are all over 20 and we used the toys!
Thank you Joann and Paul for the vacation my family will remember always!

We had the best time. Many memories made. Perdido key is great and the beach is beautiful. We will definitely stay at this beautiful, clean, close to the water house. My son loved the loft and we loved the pool.

My husband and I took our daughter and 3 of her friends for a quick beach vacation. It was awesome! The private beach was perfect for the 14-15 yr olds. We got to explore the area, but they always wanted to come back to their quiet spot. The townhouse was ideal for us, too. In fact, we could have tucked another kid into the van and been just fine, though it would have made the drive a little less fun. She's already talking about doing it again next year! I highly recommend working with this property owner. Full of information, and very well-maintained. :)

This beach house is amazing!! It was such a comfortable place to stay with everything you might need from kitchen appliances to beach & pool toys. The pool is so nice and beautiful. The beach is such a close walk and is so far away from other hotels that it feels like a private beach. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nicely decorated and clean. My only complaint is the closeness of the neighbors connected to the unit because it's a quad (4 connected units). We like our privacy and there isn't much with the closeness of the others there. Also, the woman in unit 3 is very nice, but her dog yaps at anything and everything. The owners are very nice though!

This place really has it all, from its proximity to the beautiful, quiet beach to the gorgeous decor, it really is a great place to stay. I loved being able to drink my coffee on the deck while the kids swam in the pool (as I watched). Then we would take the short walk to the beach and watch the sunset. Also, I should mention that dealing with the owners was a pleasure. We are already planning our next trip down there!

Our family loved this vacation! The house was beautiful, clean, and very close to the beach. It was relaxing for the adults and yet entertaining for the children. We loved how the owners had made a book letting us know the great places to visit, eat and things to do. A great resource guide.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful town home . We didn't know that places this this were still around. All the restaurants were locally owned and the locals were so nice and friendly . Your beach was so beautiful and quiet. We had the beach to ourselves . Mother nature helped out also with the warm weather.
