This was our second stay at Beach Colony. This condo was very nice and clean. Great balcony with great views. Kitchen was nice and the 3 bedrooms with on-sutie baths were great. Easy access to the beach and very nice indoor pool, which was great because it was too cold one day for the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Check in was easy and Brittany provided excellent customer service! The resort was very nice, felt safe and amenities were great. The condo we stayed in was excellent! It was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The view was unbelieveable!!! Instantly we felt peaceful, I slept with the balcony door open every night to enjoy the sound of the ocean. We definitely would stay again if we're back in the area. There were a few small problems, but because the condo was so great it really wasn't a big deal. It would be nice if they had some type of concierge service available when the rental office is closed. The first nite we couldn't get in the gate and the after duty # we called the guy didn't seem in a hurry to help, but we got in. The early check out phone # didn't work, but when the office opened the young lady said she would still enter us for a chance to win a free stay. Hopefully so! But again it was a little frustrating but not enough to say anything bad. The overall experience and the location and accessibility to everything makes this a great place to stay. Pointe South was very efficient in processing our reservation and Trudy Graves was outstanding in making sure we were taken care of.

Loved our stay at this condo! Great location right on the beach, also close to several good restaurants and grocery stores. The condo itself was nice, well-cared for and very clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean, with table and chairs and lounges. All three bedrooms were large and we had plenty of space for our 2 families. Nice outdoor and indoor pool areas. Only recommendation is to reserve your rental beach umbrellas and chairs well in advance this time of year.

We spent a week in 10B in July, 2012. It was a beautiful, comfortable place that meet all our needs so well that I don't remember being less than satisfied with anything. This would be our first choice on our next trip.

The condo was very modern and comfortable with plenty of space. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.The weather was almost a problem due to "Debbie" but the it shifted and the weather was perfect!I will definitely recommend the Beach Colony to friends and family!

I found the condo property to be beautiful-entrance is open and nice pool and walkway.
The condo we stayed in was OK. Decorations could be updated and I did think it lacked some things-wine glasses were the very small type, not a lot of bowls and plates. There were plenty of towels! The ceiling in the master bath needs to be fixed and no soap holder in that beautiful shower. The TV is an older model and small. Also mattresees were not comfortable. Master one sloped to one side.

Condo was very nice, nicely decarated. I do feel dinning table is to big or just to close to wall, Very nice painting behind the table I fear will get ruined with people and chairs hitting it. We also thought of differnt living room arrangments to compliment the views. Walls block out all sound however the ceiling does not. We could hear kids running and chairs moving all night.
Pool was nice, beach was clean, and perdido key is just awsome.
We will be back, Not sure if we will stay in same room or try another facility.

The condo is beautiful and had plenty of
room for all 8 of us. The beach and pool were so nice and clean. The only negative was the BBQ grills not being on the balcony.
Being from Texas where it has been over 100 degrees everyday, we would have like to have been able to grill. This was our first time to visit Perdido Key and would we love to go back next summer. -

Since starting our family reunions about seven years ago the Beach Colony offered the best accomadations from Gulf Shores to Panama City, Fl. The condo was beautifully furnished, the pool was large, the beach was always clean and Pointe South Realty were a pleasure with which to deal. Hope to return in 2011..
Need to increase parking passes to three per unit. -

Great accommodations. Loved the large sitting area. When you rent a 3 bedroom condo, you want everyone to be able to sit and relax and that is exactly what this condo offers. Bathroom are spacious also

We had a wonderful time. The service was perfect, the condo was perfect, the view was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone.
The only issue we had were the parking passes, on a 3 bedroom condo you should allow 3 parking passes, on a 2 bedroom cond 2 parking passes. We had a 3 bedroom and it really created a problem with just 2 passes! That is a real big,big problem!!!!!!!! We pay an enourmous amount of money to get 3 bedrooms we should be allowed 3 parking spaces.

Wonderful unit and such a great experience! We had other family members renting another unit in the same property building. Breakfast was at their unit and dinner was at ours, with the huge table that accommodated many!

The unit was very clean and ready for our stay. The price was
great for the off season. The view from this unit is great. It is
right on the beach and has access to 2 great pools and a hot
tub. The grounds are very secure with roaming security patrols.
Everything we needed for the stay (utilities, towels, appliances,
etc.) was provided in the rental. I would suggest this unit to
anyone looking for a great vacation/short term rental. -
