The location is perfect and the condo is ideal. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. Great layout and well furnished. We enjoyed the gym on the ground floor. We stayed six weeks and the only suggestion I could offer is that the outside furniture was due for replacement. April and May would be a much better time to stay in Perdido as it was quite cool in February and March (depending, of course, on the reason you go to Florida).

This condo is very spacious as we had 7 people in our party and had plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen is well equipped and comfortable beds. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Weather was cool a couple of days so drove to Orange Beach which
was a very close drive to lots of activities. The only thing that
needs updating is the dryer. Took quite a bit of time to dry clothes. -

We searched for a nice condo to stay at while at the beach. We have never been to Perdido Key and were pleasantly surprised! Our condo was very nice and so close to the beach. There were several local restaurants around and the Publix grocery store right over the bridge! We had an awesome time and are looking forward to coming back.

Overall our stay was okay. We had an easy check in but after that not much went right. The secruity was good, however we had maintenance come in without our permission to fix something we did not even complain about. We all had our purses and wallets out trusting no one was coming in while we are staying here. For all 3 towers they only have 1 hot tub. All the different codes for everything was extremely difficult & annoying. Half the time the elevator code did not work and it was a little embarrassing. Living room furniture is very worn and we believe my dad was biten by a spider while sleeping on the couch there. We called to ask if they would clean the beach and they were very rude and did not even act as if they acknowledged our request. We also requested more towels and they said no. Barely any of the light switches work. We had to use mainly lamps and no ceiling fans in either spare bedroom. We have stayed several places through florida and have been very pleased but all 9 of us are very dissatisfied with beach colony resort for the amount of money we paid.

Our maintenance was in the unit to repair a previously reported item. This is our in-house staff that we back with honesty and integrity. They would have been more than happy to fix the items you are now reporting after your stay rather than during your stay. A beach cleanup is not something that is done in this area. Mother Nature takes its course in so many ways along the Emerald Coast to protect the habitat of turtles and other Gulf Life that we are unable to interrupt. This condo is very nice and spacious with great views and access to the beach/gulf. Everything was clean, comfortable and in good working order. The balcony overlooks the gulf with a great southern and eastern view, which is a perfect place to have coffee and watch a sunrise. We didn't cook while here, but it looked like there was everything you may need if you choose to. I would recommend Bella Luna Pizza which is right next door for an easy lunch...we had a great italian flat bread sandwich there.
Just to the east (an easy walk from the condo) is the Johnson Beach national park that is less crowded and a great place to go for a stroll and enjoy the beautiful beach. -

The property management company was a tenth of a mile from the property (you could see it from our balcony) which made checking in and out easy.
The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the beach was spectacular. Beaches were clean and some of the best I've been to. The condo had plenty of room for us and our three kids (13, 11, and 9). They all had their own beds and bathrooms. The weather was chilly a couple days, so the indoor heated pool was a great amenity.
One negative was a small leak in the garbage disposal when we used it that we had to keep an eye on which we reported at the end of our stay. Another was that there was construction going on in our tower directly in front, so you had to walk a bit further for unloading/loading.
Publix, Winn-Dixie, Target, and Wal*Mart were all close by for groceries. Short drive to the Naval aviation Museum, Pensacola Lighthouse, and Pensacola Beach and Pier. Excellent area for families.
We will definitely return...especially in warmer weather! -

Being directly on the beach afforded quick and easy access to the ocean. The 3 swimming pools ( 2 - outdoor + 1 - indoor with hot tub)allowed us to take a break from the sand, and kept the teens happy. Unit 9a was spacious and well-appointed. Washer & Dryer in the unit allowed us to quickly recycle towels. The furnished Blender "died" in the midst of Margarita preparation, but was quickly replaced with a new one upon request.

#9a was way more than I expected. Upon walking in I was overwhelmed by the amazing view, decor and spaciousness. My 4 teenagers loved it! They wanted me to book it again for next year and I am sure we will. The kitchen was very equipped and plenty of towels was a plus.We wouldn't have changed a thing. Everything was just perfect! Would recommend this to everyone. Thanks again for letting us rent your place and we would love to come back next year.

We found out upon arriving at the condo that our floor was closed for the night due to painting and we could not access our room. Ms. Brock at your office did a wonderful job or relocating us quickly to another condo on the same property. She was very apologetic for the confusion and promptly had us in another room. She handled the situation wonderfully.

The condo is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is equiped just fine for us. The light bulb in the lamp in the right bedroom needs to be brighter so one can read in bed.
The floor in the bathroom shower for that bedroom is so slippery that we did not use that shower.
We like the location because we could see down the beach to the east. -

Beautiful furnishings with large covered balccny. Kitchen needed to be a little better equipped with cookware, etc. and balcony furniture in need of repair or upgrade. Overall, the convenience to the beach, pool and BBQ grill could not be beat. The complex on a whole is very well maintained from a cleanliness standpoint. Security does a good job as well.
