The unit and service was fantastic. The rental agent did everything he could for us and set us up in the very best of ways. Acquiring the unit couldn't have been better, easier or more pleasant. The unit was laid out pretty nice and the a/c, which seems to be a big issue in the area, was magnificent. The furniture and equipmentin the unit was very outdated..I mean a vcr and a huge 19 inch tube tv in the great room..really? Decent flat panels are how much? Some of the dishes were dirty, to the point of mildew in a pitcher. The one other negative was thenoise above us. It sounded like there wasnothing but a sheet of plywood between us and them..you could hear every step they took.

We have stayed here for years because of a family reunion. I booked a week long cruise that was cheaper than these condos. Everything was clean and nice. However, I just can't see spending this much money for this condo especially since there is not much to do around the area unless you are a beach person, which we are not.

My brothers and their wives,my neice and I came to the area to visit a college and enroll my neice. We wanted to enjoy the area while there, so we picked Perdido Key. It is a beautiful place, the price was most reasonable and the accomodation was nice and met our needs very well. It was comfortable, quiet and we liked the way it was set up. The pool was great and the grounds nicely done. The people we dealt with on the phone and in the realty office were very helpful and I appreciated their kindness and courtesy. It was a great stay for us! Thank you!
