We have been coming to the Beach Colony's for a number of years now and we would consider coming again.We love the fact that we are right on the beach and there are a lot of interesting things to do and a lot of american history in Pensacola .We are also so close to good shopping.Alabama is also near.
The condo was so homey and really nice.I love walking on the beach,watching the pelicans fly bye and the dolphins swim bye everyday.There is golfing nearby and both my husband and I both love to play golf.My whole family came down this year and we had a wonderful time and they want to come down in 2014 if they can.
A wonderful time was had by all. -

We got to check in early and the staff was very nice. The condo was roomy and comfortable. We loved the balcony over looking the beach. Enjoyed it in the morning and evenings. The pool was nice but a Little too cold for the week we were there. The beaches are simply beautiful, we will be coming back again next fall:).

We checked in early, no problems, went right to the condo, it was fantastic! We needed the three bedrooms and three baths and we all fit right in with room to,spare. We never felt crowded in the spacious living room and with TVs I'm every bedroom, we could have our privacy if we wanted it. This was the first time we had taken our children and their children all to the beach together. The condo was beautifully decorated and we found everything we needed. Our condo building had it own pool and the walk to the beach was quick and easy.
We also had access to the other outside pool nd the covered pool, which came in handy when we didn't want to apply sunscreen. We liked that the pool was right down the elevator and through the breezeway. The only fault we found in this condo was lack of seating for eating. Four barstools at the counter would have been helpful. We handled it by feeding the children first and then the adults, which was fine. But we had a wonderful time. -

I would go here again! The only negative point was the elevator wait. I loved the condo, the accessibility to the beach and local destinations was a plus.
The pool is a bit small and when the sun fell behind the other condos, it was in all shade. Other than that, my family loved it! -

This condo was very nice. At first I was alittle worried about the 12th floor, but the view was great. No wait at the elevators. Would definately rent again.

The stary was wonderful. The accommodations were beautiful. We had no problems while there and plan to make this an annual event for the ladies.

We stayed in this condo for 3 months commencing January 1,2011 and we have been doing the same for the past 7 years.We usually book our condo a year in advance after having visited various units and then choosing the one we like.This year was an exception as we were not sure we could make the trip and booked only 3 months in advance and had very little choice for units and booked sight unseen.Firsly the carpets were very dirty and this gave a bad first impression.Here are the items we found lacking: 1) the unit has 3 bedrooms which means it can accomodate at least 6 people but the only eating table was small, had 4 chairs and while you might squeeze 2 more chairs in, there were no appropriate chairs to do so. 2) there was an additional high round table but the chairs were only medium height and the table came to your chin, 3)the same applied for the kitchen counter overhang as the chairs brought you to chin height.4) the balcony furniture was sturdy but the chairs were metal and very uncomfortable.They looked and felt like they needed cushions .5) there was no chaise lounge on the balcony and therefore no furniture available to lay out in the beautiful Florida sun. 5) because of its location, the balcony gets very little sun in the time of the year we stayed.
