Molokai Villas is a quaint and quiet Gulf-front townhome-style residence with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico waters. The three levels offer covered parking below the unit, Living area on the main floor and bedrooms upstairs on the 3rd level. The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf and has a window seat for you to sit and enjoy the view. The boardwalk to the beach is just a few steps away. You have access to the river side of the complex as well which features an outdoor pool and boat docks.

Nice facility. Living area was on the bottom floor; bedrooms were on the top level, so there was lot's of walking up and down stairs. We had a problem with an oven malfunction, but the property management staff repaired it quickly. Unfortunately, the refrigerator's ice dispenser was found to be non-functioning; it was reported, but was not repaired during our stay. The pool for the property was across the highway from our villa. Overall, this was a well furnished, comfortable place to spend our time at the beach.

Loved Molokai Villas #3. Did not like the repairs under our unit going on while we were there. Tied up the parking, loud music playing, the last day Friday the noise was very loud inside the unit, could not hear TV, even had trouble hearing my husband speak on the deck. Then they were painting and weather striping doors, so we would have someone in our doors, considered it an invasion. I realize the maintenance must go on but I think the renter should be made aware it was going to take place and give you the option to cancel or find another place. These type repairs should not be going on during peak season. We were very unhappy with all that and at checkout when I told them nothing was said except a brief sorry. Another note to all condo owners, the table and chairs on the decks should be the tall ones because when you sit and look out the rail blocks the view.

This is our 2nd year coming to this villa. It has a great location. Love the layout of the villa. Everything we needed was there. This year we tried Lillian's Pizza about a mile down the road (taco pizza) it was the best we have ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Molokai Villas. The unit had everything we needed. It was very clean. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and even fishing off the bat dock across the street. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The house is nothing fancy, but it is a very nice quiet place to stay. The location is amazing and the beach is not crowed at all. Staying here puts you in the middle of the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and Pensacola Beach so you have many options for other activities. The hose is comfortable and is well kept. We have not seen much decline it the four times that we have stayed at Molokai. It is the perfect place for a nice family vacation. For the first time, we did experience a few problems with booking the house. However, those issues were resolved rather quickly. I can recommend this vacation and property without reservation.

Beautiful location! Cozy condo! Wish the floor was cleaner when we checked in. Our ac was out one night, but was fixed in a timely manner. Overall very nice experience.

We vacationed with our youngest son & daughter-in-law thoroughly enjoyed staying in a great alternative to a high rise right on the beach. It was quiet, comfortable and met all of our needs. We hope to stay there again in the future but would like to be able to rent two of the units so we can bring our other two sons & daughters-in-law with 3 grandchildren as well. It's a great facility for family.

We had the best time at Molokai Villa #3. This was our first trip to Perdido Key and we really enjoyed it. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the two full bathrooms were upstairs. Very nice he washer and dryer. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Very convenient location. close to gulf shores and pensacola. We had a great time! I would definitely stay at Molokai Villas again!

The accomodations were good, except for uncomfortable living room chairs, all three. There could be better pots and pans for cooking; i.e., the lids did not fit the pans and there were no lids for the frying pans.
The furniture on the deck was very nice. The villa was decorated beautifully. We would love to return. We would love to retun except that we did have difficulty with the stairs. It would be nice if there was a dumbwaiter to carry groceries, etc. The view was perfect; couldn't get any better.
The view was great and we had a very enjoyable stay. We stayed February and March. -

We thoroughly enjoyed stayng at the Molokai Villa, it was more than adequate to meet our needs. The view was amazing from the master suite and our daughter loved the bunkbeds. The only downside was some of the skillets in the kitchen were dirty and the dishwasher had dried food and spilled juice in it. Other than that, we loved our stay and would come back again.
