The three levels offer covered parking below the unit, Living area on the main floor and bedrooms upstairs on the 3rd level. The master bedroom overlooks the Gulf and has a window seat for you to sit and enjoy the view. The boardwalk to the beach is just a few steps away. Great vacation place! All bedrooms upstairs so the hang out area/kitchen on the main floor were away from all of the sleepers. Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean. Convenient to all of Perdido Key and Pensacola only 30 min away. Publix and Winn Dixie just 5 miles away. Great fishing and crabbing on the beach in the morning and evenings. Lots of beautiful shells found by all of my kids. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dinner ware, pots, pans, etc. Would have liked it if there was a grill available outside. I ended up buying a small one at Publix ($25). Shrimp Basket restaurant (good family seafood at pretty reasonable prices) only a mile away. Add about $350 to the rental prices listed for taxes, fees, cleaning fee and travel insurance.

The condo was excellent. Fully equipped, comfortable, and right on the beach! The weather was terrible, but we enjoyed our vacation. Condo is in a quiet area, but only 10 minutes away from Orange Beach and all the activities you can imagine.
The only issue we had was on the day of departure, someone from Southern Vacation Rentals called us 10 minutes before the departure time to ask if we were leaving. We told them we were leaving in 10 minutes, at check out time. I can imagine they would like everyone to leave at 6am, but when you are a family with a 2 year old, nothing happens fast. So, just a word of advice - call your guests 10 minutes after check out time!
Other than that, will definitely return next year. -

We had 3 couples and a child and the set up was perfect. We had plenty of room. The beach was not crowded. The shelling was great! There was plenty to do in the surrounding area. The house was nicely equipped with pots, pans & dishes. The only complaint was if you cooked there were no spices at all and we had to buy everything we needed for all recipes right down to the salt & pepper!

The main reason I'm rating this unit as poor, is because of their bug problem. During our 7 day stay we found 5 roaches in the house. One of them was the size of a half dollar, and it crawled across the face of one of the people we were staying with while they slept. Needless to say it woke him up, and we were up the rest of the night. We were able to capture one of them and when we brought it into the office the girls at the front desk were freaked out and asked us to get rid of it. No refund, partial refund, or gift card was offered to us. They figured they already had our money. I definitely won't be staying here again. It's a shame too. We've been bringing our family to this beach for 5 years now.

wonderful vacation experience. house was roomy & very clean... the beach was beautiful & not very crowded. kitchen was well stocked with utensils & pans... loved having on site laundry...many eating options within 20 minutes... temps were a little cold, would love to return when temps are a little warmer... all in all a great, relaxing family vacation...

Our stay in this town-home was perfect. This was our first time to stay in Perdido Key. We have never stayed in a place that was so clean, quiet, great amenities, perfect view, easy access to great restaurants, plenty of room, non-crowded beach and less expensive. I could go on and on. This home is very well taken care of by the owners and rental agency. We did have a leak and the maintenance man was there within minutes and had the problem taken care of and cleaned up before we returned from the beach.We will definitely stay here again and use this rental agency in all our future trips to Florida.

Everything was wonderful in the stay. We enjoyed our time there and the experience was one we would like to repeat. Could not find a grill when there. Would like to have grilled out, but told not to bring a grill from home.

the beach is not crowded,as it was by the highrises, good food in walking distance,beds were very comfortable,3rd bedroom bunks were great for grandkids,deck was bigger than we expected,didnt like storm shutter closed in dining area & pool across main road

Molokai Villa is where I stayed and I loved it! The employees at Pointe South went above and beyond for me! I had lost my cat prior to my trip and someone had called to tell me she had sent a pic to my email of a cat they had found. I did not have a laptop with me, so called Pointe South to see if I could borrow one to check my email. I was told it was no problem and it was not. Additionally, I had come in the front door in a rush and requested a few things, one of which was some Horror films for my teens, of which I know nothing. The woman there went back to the movies and quickly picked out three cd's for me, no questions asked. Thank you so much! The Villa is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with most of the kitchenware that was needed. The privacy on the deck was astounding! The wooded slats were turned such that from any angle, I could see the ocean, but no one could see me. Furthermore, the gate to it locked, so if I stepped out any time of night I felt safe and secure. I've never been to Perdido Key, so figured like any other place I've rented in the past that it was a crap-shoot and I may be overwhelmed with people on the beach, sitting on top of me and my family; however, that was not the case. There was actually no one near enough to disturb any serenity I had. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that I went in October, but am willing to find out next year by visiting the same Villa much sooner. Again, thank you for the help that was provided us and thank you for putting us in such a beautiful Villa!

It was a very beautiful weekend. The Villa was a nice place to stay. There were a few ants marching around the kitchen, but nothing too crazy. We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. Hope to do so very, very soon!

This was the third time we have stayed in this wonderful rental. We love it here and one day wish to retire in Perdido. The home is beautiful, the view, unsurpassed. This time, we actually had some technical problems with one of the bathrooms but Pointe South had a plummer there very quickly and everything was resolved in a timely and professional manner. We already have next years trip booked.

This is a great place to stay that is off the beaten path between
Orange Beach and Pensacola. Traffic is good and the beaches
were not crowed at all. Driving to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores
and Pensacola was quick and easy. Food very close. Only
complaint was the jelly fish in the ocean.
