This may have been the 3rd or 4th time we leased at PerdioSky, and as in the past everything about the room was great. One small improvement would be to fix the rear sliding glass door, and it did not want to open without applying a large amount of force. Perhaps the skids need some wd40 and/or cleaning. The winds were high at the beach and the red flags flew daily. That limited our time at the beach, and in the surf. The dvd machine needs to be located in a shady spot, for where it currently sets the Florida sun makes the screen hard to read. One final comment has to do with the check out process, and the requirement to use the condo phone. The condo phone does not allow 800 numbers. My cell phone could not be used because the computer system did not recognize my number. A call to the office processed the check out. All in all, we will return.

Stayed aug 9 thru aug 12, 2012. We had a wonderful time. This isa perfect place to stay for a couple. We are from the Jackson, ms area and it was a great little weekend getaway. I reccomend The Sports Bar @ Perdido Key which is right across the street from the condo and has an awesome band there on Fri and Sat. nights called the Brian Hill Band. Also the Shrimp Basket was a great little spot to eat lunch or dinner and have all you can eat deals during the week. One more reccomendation is The Original Point Resturaunt which is right across the bridge (less than 2mi) from the condo. It is a cool local spot that has great seafood! And a bluegreass band on Fri. and Sat. The beach is great!! All in all we had a great time!!

Condo was affordable, clean and well furnished. The unit was small but we spend very little time in the condo anyway. It was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything that was needed to prepare a meal. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a one bedroom unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Perdido Skye #41. It was quiet, clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. And, it was so easy to get to elevator and get to the beach! The pool was so refreshing and, of course, the view from the balcony was heavenly. We especially appreciated the combination lock on the door. It made it so convenient not having to keep up with a key. Thanks to all who made our vacation so nice!

We love Perdido Key. I especially enjoy staying in Perdido Skye #41. This is our fourth stay in Perdido Key, our third time at Perdido Skye, and our second stay in #41. We love it and hope to continue the summer tradition for years to come. I do wish however that room rentals were available by the night during the summer months instead of a week at a time. It's hard to get away for an entire week, and we rather just go for 2-3 nights, but I still plan on returning next year or possibly sooner.

We loved the aloe Vera Memory Foam Mattress ! Came home and looked it up on the web and we both want one , it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and I have arthritis in my hips and back! Love that bed !!! The room looked even better in person than the pictures. We cooked most meals in the condo and they had every item we needed, crock pots, grater, blender everything . The view was perfect from the room. The only reason I did not give it the very top rating was the washing machine was broken. They had to order the part . It has a new transmission and should be good now for a long time now. I would love to have this same room again hands down. I felt at home only lots more relaxed, things break there too ! I loved this vacation and so did my teenage daughter. We had frends and their children in the same complex they also loved this vacation but wanted our room.

My husband & stayed at Perdido Skye Ps41 and it was absolutely perfect for us!! The condo was exceptionally clean and it is decorated so cute...love the aqua blue walls. The beach here is just beautiful & we would definitely recommend this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was everything we were told and expected, the staff were friendly. Check-in after hours was easy. The beach was in excelent condition and the (rentable) beach furniture was appreciated. We plan to come back.

We spend the month of October, 2008, in this light and beautifully decorated unit. The balcony provided awesome views of the sunrise. Being a low-density complex was definitely a plus. The pool area and beachfront were clean and well furnished. The helpful folks at Pointe South realty were always pleasant. Though the unit is small, there was plenty of space for the two of us.

Perdido Skye (PS41) is a perfect vacation getaway! It has all the amenities of home, so you lack for nothing. There is an unbelievable view of the beach/ocean from the back patio. The pool is wonderful and the deck looks out on the beach. There are a few restaurants and shops in Perdido Key, but if you are looking for more, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are only minutes away. Our family likes the beautiful white beaches and clear water the best, with the fact that Perdido is not so commercialized as a close second. This is our 2nd year to go and we will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Perdido Skye. The room was just the right size for our family. The bunk beds are small, but are perfect for little ones. So many families and a family atmosphere. You don't have to worry about someone bothering your things if you leave them at the beach or at the pool. This room has the best view from the balcony, and more windows, because it's on the end. No complaints from our family!

This condo has a wonderful view of the beach and looks down on the pool. It is a beautiful Condo. We had lots of fun. Plan to go back and stay again next summer.
