The condo was clean and no real complaints about the condition of the unit or site with 2 exceptions. At the rate charged I expected more. Comparably priced units in this area are more upscale. The unit had a major issue with the capacity of the 2 window (motel style) a/c units. They are inferior and are not able to cool the unit properly. We purchased a cheap box fan at Walmart to compensate. You can do better at this rate in the Orange Beach area.

We loved perdido Skye 75! Loved the decor and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Beach was clean and beautiful. Condo was clean and easy to find. Enjoyed the keyless entry. We didn't have to get keys to check in. This was our first time to perdido key and won't be the last. The only thing is there wasn't very many souvenir shops which my family and I enjoy shopping but we drove to near by orange beach and shopped. In the condo the bunk beds are smaller than normal so it would be perfect for children. Enjoyed the entire trip.

This condo was excellent for the price and location. I normally book a two bedroom but this is all that I could find with reasonable rates! It was a Great little place to stay but no central heat and air they had those units that are in hotels and it was surely hot!!

This condo is in an excellent location - just minutes to grocery stores & other services but far enough away to forget about them & relax. It is also very convenient to the back gate of Pensacola Naval air Station.
The view from the private balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are very comfortable & you can tell there was a lot of attention paid to the decor. The kitchen is well equipped with several extra appliances that we didn't expect such as a crock pot & blender. I appreciated the keyless entry so we didn't need to worry about losing a key in the sand.
The common areas are also clean & well maintained. There are several carts of different types available to help in getting luggage & groceries to your condo. I have difficulty walking & so appreciated that the boardwalk over the sand & down to the water is longer than that of most of the neighboring properties and also has fewer stairs. Although this is not officially an accessible condo, the hallway & door to the bedroom are wide & it could work well for people with limited mobility but not completely dependent on a wheelchair. #75 is also located close to the elevator.
We stayed for a month & it wasn't nearly long enough. -

Perdido Skye is an awesome place to stay. You have direct views from the units of the beach and the gulf of Mexico. The building is directly on the beach. It is located on Perdido Key which is a most splendid location. You have about a 5-minute drive to the Gulf Shores National Park if you want to see beach with all natural habitat. Superb. Dolphins swimming past your balcony. The condo was comfortable, clean, with obvious care taken in the decor. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the condo. Was disappointed in the dirty floors, however Pointe South was quick to have them cleaned. The bunk beds are chidren size, but are cute. I will definitely stay there again. Convenient and nice location.

From the moment we walked into the condo, it felt like home. We where able to stay for 14 days and loved everyone of them.. We where not ready to leave. The beach attendent and the other guests at the condo was great. The beaches where clean and the water was great. The condo was completely and fully equiped with all you needed for a short or long term stay. The decorations where beautiful and the furniture was very nice. I am looking forward to a return next year, for hopefully 3 weeks. I love perdido key...

My stay at Perdido Skye was fabulous!!! My friendgirls and I needed some rest and relaxation, and we found it here. The rental was perfect! The beach was awesome! And The Crab Trap was delicious! We are already planning another trip for later this year! A special thanks to Hope for being so nice on the phone and answering all my crazy questions!

We love staying in Perdido. It is family oriented but there are places close by like FloraBama to have grown up time. The views are gorgeous, the sand is clean and soft. I like the smaller building because you don't have to fight for the elevator and the pool is never packed. The unit was spacious and kid friendly, I wish I could stay there all summer long. We absolutely love this place...

My wife, kids, and myself stayed a week at your beautiful resort. The beach was wonderful. Not crowded and the walk from the property to the water was minimal. Away from all the congestion but close enough to restaurants and attractions. Will definitely do it again!
