This was our first stay7 in Beach Colony since hurricane Ivan. Unit 11D in Beach Colony West was very nice. It is furnished well and very clean. If we visit Perdido Key again, we would ask for that unit.`

This was our 2nd year to use your rental area. we found it to be very reasonable and convenient for our use. we brought over 100 high school students and adults to minister in the Pensacola area and your lodging provide the perfect place for them to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Perdido Key and our accomodations at the Beach Cololy W11D were simply wonderful. We loved the relaxed feel and decor of our unit and it had everything that we could possibly want or need. The staff at Point South were extremely friendly and most accomodating. We did have one slight mishap with the kitchen table that accidently dropped (It was glass) but the staff was so great and understanding and made us feel completely at ease in getting it replaced. It was just a freak accident that happened but it did not in any way ruin our trip at all. The views from the balcony were superior and I so enjloyed waking up in the morning to sounds of the ocean and dolphins playing in the gulf. I will really miss that. Having so much extra space was so worth it to us. I highly recommend this unit to anyone as well as the Point South staff- they are without a doubt the friendliest group of people I have ever dealt with and really go abouve and beyond to make your vacation the best possible.

This was our 1st time staying at this complex. We loved it! It was very clean and well kept. We felt very secure and everyone was very nice. We loved the location. There was plenty of room on the beach. We hope to return next year and stay at the same place.

I received no details about going to pointe south rental to pick up my keys! I had rented from Southern Resorts. Had I been 15 minutes later I would not have been able to get in my room!

Everything was outstanding! The service at check-in, the quality accomodations, the amenities, the value, and the service at check-out (although, we didn't want to leave) were all wonderful. We're already planning on going back.

It was a wonderful place, great views, very comfortable, had all the items needed for food preparation. It was not very clean when we arrived, alot of dirt and hair on the floors and bathrooms. Found a cockroach in my bed one morning. The people at the office were great, when our toaster didn't work, they replaced it with another. Overall we were very happy.
