Nice condo but could use some updating, great amenities at Sandy Key! Convenienly located to grocery shopping, restaurants and drug stores. Our family enjoys the Naval air Base--I would highly recommend going to the Lighthouse on the base--took my two grandchildren and we all loved it! Perdido Key is a wonderful location-very laid back but just a short trip to Pensacola, Gulf Shores and the great outlets mall in Foley, if you want to get away for the day.

This was the best condo we have stayed in while visiting the Gulf Shores/Pensacola area. The location was toward the end of the strip, so it was not crowded, as it is closer to the alabama border. There are nice restaurants in Perdido Key but if you want a little more action, Gulf Shores is only a few minutes away. The condo was very well maintained and decorated. Location is easy to get in and out of. The entrance is gated for security. Checking in and out took only seconds. Very quick. We were very pleased with our visit.

The condo was extremely nice and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. Perdido Key is a very good place to visit if you are wanting to relax!

I enjoy Sandy Key Condos, especially their location. They're easy to find and have just about everything you'll need while there. Unit 334 was nice, except for it being right in front of the elevator (the second bedroom has no view). After first arriving, we checked everything out ... to see what we would need that wasn't provided ... then off to the store for food and supplies. The sink was still a bit dirty, like it had been overlooked. Everything else in the kitchen was clean and worked fine. They were working on the water so on our second day we were without water for about an hour. No big deal. Our main complaint was that the beds in the second bedroom were in need of replacement. One had a plastic mattress cover that made noise when sat or laid on ... and the other had a red stain on the side of the box springs that was gross looking. A suggestion: new box springs and mattresses, please -- well worth the investment for the owner. We used our own plates, cups, glasses, utensils etc ... The master bedroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Of course, the view from the balcony was awesome!

We are apologize the sink was not wiped good and will address this issue with housekeeping. If a call was made to our Front Desk during the time of your stay, we could have informed Housekeeping to take care of the sink and change out the mattress pad. The red stain you are referring to is a water stain. We had housekeeping take a picture of this to present to owner. Unfortunately we can not do anything about the placement of unit near elevator. We enjoyed Sandy Keyes very much. We arrived late at night and were unsure of how to find the right complex within the gates. There were several units and we did not know which one we were in. More directions from Southern Resorts would have been helpful. The condo was very nice and I will not hesitate to return to Sandy Keyes next year.

Renting with Southern Rentals (South Pointe) was wonderful. The staff was friendly and informative. Our unit was nice. It had a homey feel to it. I enjoyed the beach, pools and loved the swings facing the ocean! The management of Sandy Keys had a cookout for all owners and guests on Memorial Day! What a great way to meet everyone. Good job Sandy Key Management!

I am a frequent traveler to Florida and have never stayed at a place that was as quiet as Sandy Key. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We will come back. Even my husband that does not like the beach enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking items we needed.

Truly an amazing experience. We had never done a condo rental. We will defintely vacation like this in the future. Condo was beautiful, clean & had every amenity that you would want. I knew that a washer & dryer was 'on premise' but didn't realize it was in the condo. I went home w/no dirty laundry! View was spectacular. Great time of year to visit - no real crowds on the beach. Folks at agency incredible. Will definetely recommend the area & South Pointe rentals.

We had a great time at Sandy Key. The condo was very clean, the grounds were clean and well kept. We love the quietness of the beach and even during Spring Break the beach was not crowded and there were no loud partiers.
