This condo has plush and bright carpeting and brightly painted walls. The living room has a sofa and 2 chairs surrounding a TV with an entertainment system. Next to the living area is a sliding glass door which leads to the outdoor balcony. This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom. There is a queen bed in the guest room. There are TV's in both bedrooms. This rental has up to 9 seats for people to sit on while they are eating. The master bedroom has a separate sitting area.

We have stayed in this particular condo several times. It is a great location in the complex. We love that it is on the first floor and has a beautiful. View of the beach. I do feel that the unit could use some updating. The master bed needs a new mattress and descent pillows. The kitchen could use some extra pots . More linens would also be nice.

The rental experience was excellent. The location was great in relation to the golf courses played. The condo was great and enabled us to enjoy our stay. The condo had all the amenities we needed.

We have stayed at Sandy Key Condominiums back when Ivan hit. The place is awesome! Right on the beach, quiet times enforced, clean, and the condos are really nice. Hope to return with the family again soon! We didn't need a full week, but used the policy they have for checking with 14 days of your intended arrival and we scored. Yea!
