This unit features a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. There is cream painted walls and bright flooring. The living room has a flat panel TV, a sofa, and 2 chairs. The dining area features a new table which seats 6 people. There are 3 barstools for extra seating. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also sofa bed in the living room for extra guests.

We enjoyed our recent stay in #716 of Sandy Key condos complex so much, we extended our stay one day.
The condo was beautifully furnished and amply supplied with all the needed amenities to make our visit memorable. The full kitchen appliances, expansive counters and cabinet storage, made it a breeze to cook and entertain during our stay.
This was our first experience renting a condo unit but it won't be our last. We would have no problem returing to Sandy Key and renting #716 again.
The view was beautiful with a full view of the Gulf and the beach below. The evenings on the balcony with the soothing surf sounds below were so relaxing for my husband and I. It was our favorite experience.
Last but not least, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly during our visit.

We were very pleased with this rental unit. It offered all that was promised and more. I've never stayed in a unit so clean and well equipped. Everything you need is there. Lovely beach, grounds and pools. Entire complex is well maintained.

The condo unit 716 was very comfortable and well maintained. We loved the large balcony and the kitchen is well equipped. We plan on returning next year possibly for the entire month of October. We have always stayed in Orange beach and Gulf Shores area and never stayed at Perdido Key area. We loved the location and how close the units are to the waters edge. Our only complaint is the office was not staffed for our entire stay from when we checked in on Wednesday until we checked out Sunday. We wanted to extend our stay an additional day until Monday but no one was available to talk to. There was only an emergency number posted on the door. We understand this was a holiday weekend but feel there should be office personel (even one person) available over the weekend for situations like ours. Instead of staying an additional day we checked out per our original reservation. We rated our stay at 4 out of 5 because of the lack of office staff during our stay, the unit 716 is rated at a 5 of 5.

My family and I thought unit #716 was absolutely beautiful and was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. The view was unbelievable! We were also very excited about the amount of space the condo had for a 2-bedroom. No one felt as though we were constantly running into each other! We definitely would like to return to this specific condo again...

I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away to a relaxing atmosphere. Great views of the beach and quiet. Also great for romantic walks on the beach and the staff is great.
