Villa Varuna is a charming villa situated at Pereybere, with a direct access to the beach and a magnificent view of Coin de Mire.The terrace, on the same level of the green lawn, is very pleasant, with a charming lounge and dining area.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
On the ground Floor:

The villa is situated on the coastal road of Pereybere and is direct on the beach with nice swimming conditions. Neighboors are not too closed and are part of our friend/family. Large parking area at the back and a nice private green lawn in front of the villa.
There is a Spa just on the opposite side of the road.
A newly built supermarket, Winner's, is at less than 200 meters walking distance from the villa. You can catch a bus easily, Grand-Bay centre is at 10 mn drive.
