Description

This is a two floor apartment, with access through a stone stair that leads to a wide panoramic balcony that overlooks the garden, the swimming pool and, beyond that, the whole valley of the river Arno. A barbecue is also available. When you enter the flat you find yourself into a spacious living / dining room with an old fireplace, a big table, the kitchenette and some armchairs. Three steps lead to a passageway and to a bathroom with shower. On the opposite side of the room, an old stone stair takes to the second floor with two rooms with double bed, one with three single beds, a bathroom with shower and another with a tub. In case, we can add an extra bed in one of the rooms.

The estate is surrounded by a large common garden hosting all the collective facilities.

Getting around

Laterina and Pergine Valdarno are just a couple of kilometres away, each of them with its supermarket, gas station, bank, post office, chemist and shops. Both towns are worth a visit for their old medieval centres. In the area around the farmhouse you shall find golf-courses, tennis courts and riding grounds and also go hiking and cycling. Some of the most important Italian spa towns are here in Tuscany and for those who might like to go shopping, there are several outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brands just a few miles away from us.
