At the edge of a field atop a hill, this cottage has a wrap around porch with sweeping views overlooking Boyden Lake and the rolling fields and wildflowers of Kendall Farm.
Amenities Include:
Sleeps 5: one room has a double bed, loft with two twin beds, and a third single bed on the wrap around porch (linen and bedding included)

Our cottage rental rate is $850.00 per week for two people, plus $50.00 for each additional person up to five persons total, plus sales tax. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your cottage. If there is a situation in which you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to rent your reserved week to someone else.
Payment may be made by cash, personal checks or money orders.
