We stayed at the Cubbie House from 6-16 Jan 13. We loved it here and were so sad to leave. It really is a home from home, had everything you could need. Its very clean and is in a brilliant location, the area of Mount Lawley is lovely and not far from the city. We had a couple of friends come to stay with us and this was no problem for allan, he brought extra bedding and towels straight away. I would have no problem in reccomending this holiday rental to friends who would like to stay in Perth, it was very good value for money. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Hi I stayed here for 38 days in oct/nov 12 The owner allan very polite and helpful. The cubbie house is a home from home very comfortable.Had all i wanted for my stay.The apartment is in residential area close to public transport shops restaurants easy to travel around. I enjoyed the relaxing time i had here listening to the birds nearby in the mornings was ajoy

Clean and tidy apartment in a great location. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Allan was lovely to deal with and nothing was a problem. So nice to have found affordable accommodation in Perth, it meant we could stay an extra day and relax more. We were in Perth for hubby to have a foot operation and the Morley Private Hospital was so close and convenient. Hope to stay again in the not too distant future. For a block of apartments we were astounded at how quiet it was during the day and night. The apartment was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. They were rapt with the jigsaw puzzles and Dvd's on offer :)

We were so thankful that we found the Cubbiehouse online. It was just what we needed for a relaxing week in Perth. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to get around from there. Mt Lawley is a lovely suburb and close to the city. Public transport was close by.The unit has everything you need and the price is affordable. We highly recommend The Cubbiehouse.

We stayed at the Cubbiehouse the first week of October. Can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay. The unit is in an excellent location for exploring Perth and the surrounds.
Allan was a perfect host who responded to all our requests very promptly. He offered the personal touch that is all to often missing at some of the other places we have stayed.
Unit was very clean and well not furnished to the hilt was comfortable and not lacking in any aspect.
The full kitchen was a plus that allowed us to eat in and save on our food budget. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there.
We would most definitely recommend allan and the Cubbiehouse for anyone looking for a place to stay in Perth that offers excellent value for the money. After staying in a one bedroom apartment, its hard to go back to just a hotel room.
We're looking forward to staying there on our next trip to Perth. -

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks. Very central to everything including restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, malls and the city. Short drives to all the main freeways and the airport. Was very happy it was quiet and the neighborhood seemed safe. Would like to see a bigger bed next time but still very comfy. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of room to spread out.
Will certainly stay again. -

It feels like staying in my own home. The Cubbiehouse provide the best stay accomodation. Kitchen available besides the bed and bathroom. Easy access to public transport. Wonderful experience while exploring the area from Perth city back to Cubbiehouse. When shops are closed after 5pm, Cubbiehouse will not let you down because you will enjoy your evenings and nights there. Cook and eat your food - the best example!

I booked The Cubbiehouse for a colleage who had 3 months stay in Perth, and of the 3 apartments he stayed in (Mt Lawley and East Perth) this was by far his favourite. He wishes he could have stayed there for the whole 3 months! He appreciated the quite and the simplicity of the apartment, and the surrounding areas. From my perpective (as the organiser of his stays), the owners were 100% fantastic to liase with. They are professional, very pleasant and I could feel that they truly want their guests to have as best stay as possible. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I booked The Cubbiehouse for a friend and her husband. They came back with only positive reviews of their entire stay there. The location of The Cubbiehouse is superb. It is near everywhere and even if it is not, you can easily hop on a bus/train to get there.
The apartment was clean, and modern. Everything you need is provided for you. Allan, the owner, was most helpful from the first email and the deposit was promptly returned after that. It was perfect. -

My friend and I found this vacation rental and though a little skeptical at first, we were very happy we stayed at the Cubbiehouse.
The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There was not a thing I needed and cannot find. We loved that the owners included the train and the bus schedule in the guest folder. The whole check-in / check-out process was very smooth.
We loved the Dvds at the apartment! Please continue to add on to the collection. We will be back for more!!! :) -

I have to say the places is pretty clean compares to some of the hotels and motels that I was staying. Very close to the city and shops and most of all the rental is very reasonable :)

Forget about those expensive hotels. Cubbiehouse has the thumb ups for your holiday accomodation. Execllent location as its near to the city. Apartment is really clean and neat.

Staying at the Cubbiehouse for a week was great. Everything you need on a relaxing break is here. Short distance to Perth CBD, shops, restaurants and lovely parks. We would stay here again when visiting Perth for a holiday and recommend you do too.

We booked the Cubbiehouse for a week we were so pleased with accommodation we stayed an extra 3 days. We would have stayed longer only it was already booked. It had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. The apartment is located in a lovely area and is very close to public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and allan was most accommodating. If we are back in Perth, the Cubbiehouse is where we would like to stay. It was great value for money. thanks again allan.

I Wont usually write reviews, but this place was a perfect fit for my requirements, I came to perth to stay, and wanted a place till I find a permanent accommodation, and this place was really close to the city, still is a suburb, good going out places around, near transport and shops, quite area, and still cheap.
I highly recommend this place to who ever doesn't want luxurious hotels, but at the same time doesn't want a backpackers place. -

Thank you allan, it was a lovely clean apartment, just what we needed a base whilst we were out and about. We loved being there and the surrounding area was good too. It was quite easy to find and in a central location, close enough to walk to the shops and the train station to go into Perth City Centre. It is situated in a nice area and we felt really safe when we went out at night. You have done a good job there, a very good idea, reasonably priced accommodation as we found it was really expensive in Perth. Thanks again, we might be back!!!

I could not believe my luck in finding a self contained unit so close to the city to stay for the week. I will certainly be staying there in the future. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for good value accommodation. The host allan Greay was most helpful and punctual with arriving and departure times and providing any other info that I required. Thumbs up, Five stars.
