Relax and enjoy stunning panoramic ocean views at this beachfront apartment located on Marine Parade, Cottesloe.
The apartment accommodates 4 -5 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom.
Minimum night stay: 3 - 14 nights (depending on the season)
(Please note that the 14 night minimum stay applies to the Peak Season: 15 Dec-7 January. The stay must cross over Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years.)

An initial payment of 50% of total rent is required to secure the booking. Payment of this constitutes the clientβs acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A Confirmation Notice will be sent to the Guest once deposit is received.
The remaining balance of the rental amount must be received in full, 30 days prior to occupancy.
A Security Deposit of $1000 will be held against your credit card details. This will not be charged in advance but be held as security in the event of a breach of terms & conditions of the Occupancy agreement.

The exterior of this accommodation is very dull and downmarket, but it makes the surprise of the interior even more delightful!
The decor is fresh and light with every single piece of equipment required - actually in place. There is a very comfortable sofa. This is an important feature - often not thought about in a modern apartment.
The location is superb and our reason for staying here- alongside the comfort. An oceanic vista directly from the living room ( with fabulous fold back doors) and just a step over the road to the beach and easy walk along to the cafes and bars. With the Metro literally a few hundred yards behind. This is so convenient - allowing easy access into all other towns - making car-hire unnecessary.
Evenings can be a problem with cafes a bit of a walk in the dark. But the excellent TV is a bonus. Maybe DVD Player would be a welcome addition.
Helpful pointers would be better bathroom lighting without having to have the heater on in Summer months. And maybe roller blinds at the main window that are easier to open.
We will continue to book this accommodation. Although small - it is adequate for our stay and our preference to the one on the ground floor below - due to its fabulous upper balcony and view - which creates much better light.
