Relax on the balcony and enjoy lovely ocean views at this beachside apartment located on Warnham Rd, Cottesloe.
The apartment accommodates 4 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom.
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights (depending on season)
(Please note that the 7 night minimum stay applies to the Peak Season: 15th Dec- 7th Jan. Arrivals and departures will not be available on public holidays: Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years.)
Facilities include:
- First floor beach style apartment with balcony & ocean views.
- One Queen size bed, two King single beds which can join to make a King size bed on request.

An initial payment of 50% of total rent is required to secure the booking. Payment of this constitutes the clientβs acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A Confirmation Notice will be sent to the Guest once deposit is received.
The remaining balance of the rental amount must be received in full, 30 days prior to occupancy.
A Security Deposit of $1000 will be held against your credit card details. This will not be charged in advance but be held as security in the event of a breach of terms & conditions of the Occupancy agreement.

We booked a 457 Visa family into Samsara and they loved it. Great introduction to Perth and the beach (yes even in winter!). The folk at Cottesloe Beach House Stays where friendly efficient and very helpful. Highly recommend them. ps all done via internet!
