My family and I stayed at Dragonfly apartments March, 2013. Angela was wonderful to deal with and happy to accomodate. We found the apartment lovely, clean, fresh with modern decor. Everything we needed for a perfect stay was available at the apartment. Only a few minutes drive to the city, and 15mins to Challenge Stadium which was perfect for our needs. The apartment is set in a secure and safe environment for any family with lovely area to walk to shops (IGa, and many restaurants near by)enjoy the beautiful surrounds. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Perth.

We just want to thank angela for having us to stay in one of her apartments. Booking to checking out all done in a breeze . The apartment is cozy and everything you ever need in a home is there, we even found a bolster for my kid. The free yellow cat is just few steps away and there is an IGa. For those who need to buy a adapter you can find it at the chemist opposite the road. A nice children book store is located there and many eataries found in Royal St. Recommended to rent car and GPS for wherever you want to go. We parked our van in the secured car park in the building itself. Definitely recommend any one to stay there.

Angela offers a very cosy and clean apartment. Perfect for family with young kids. For asian travellers, save the hassle of even bringing a rice cooker! Overall experience from booking, payment, checking in & out were truly a pleasant one. Dragonfly on Regal is easily accessible via the free cat bus lines.

We stayed in this place for three nights in May 2012. We booked this place not expecting much as it was a last minute decision to visit Perth.
But we found out that Dragonfly apartment on Regal is an ideal place to stay in East Perth with all the amenities and the convenience of the suburb. It is also close enough to the buses (Yellow cat is free) to make central Perth a short journey. The apartment has all the comforts of home and more than enough space for 4 people.
Angela was professional. The check in to check out was smooth. But Wifi needs to be provided / included in the apartment rates as without, it makes that much harder for foreign visitors to stay connected to home.
Aside from that our family could not fault this apartment nor our experience and will certainly be staying here again if we come back to Perth.Response from Dragonfly Apartment on Regal - 05/20/2012

Angela provided us with an excellent service. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The apartment is well sized, clean with an excellent location right beside the free cat bus and within easy reach of the city.
The apartment is situated in a quiet part of the city and it is very quiet at night with not much to do. There are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and a local convenience store right on the doorstep although a little pricey. In terms of evening entertainment there is very little.
Whilst the apartment was well equipped we did miss an outside area to sit and enjoy the australian wine and found ourselves sitting inside watching neighbours.
On the whole I would recommend this apartment as an excellent base to explore Perth
