The location of Apartment 24/54 is the major drawcard and will perfectly suit visitors to Perth wanting the ultimate in convenience. With the Claremont train station located across the road, you are literally at the centre of the action with both Fremantle and Perth CBD only a short 20 minutes away. If you are an avid AFL fan you are five train stops from Subiaco Oval (also known as Patersons) or visit beautiful Cottesloe Beach by train, or alternatively take a walk to the ocean. Claremont itself has some of the best shopping in Western Australia with the Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre offering over 100 premium boutique stores including 'David Jones'. All within only 200 metres from Apartment 24/54.
