Very kind and honest owner of the apartment. Even he's busy with meeting, he wouldn't forget to reply every of my question. This is a place to call home. These equipments helped me enjoy a wonderful staying. The price is also worthy. You just need to bring your clothes here!
Very strategic location to Perth City and Kings Park. Near to train station and bus port. I would recommend this apartment to my friends if they are going to Perth and when I come back to my country, I do really miss this place!

Convenient and central location, near cat bus stop ,city, King Park.Uwa.
Very well equipped.Everything you need in a home is available.
Place is very clean ,quite and seems very secure.
Check in instructions not absolutely clear(I did not know how to open the carpark gate). -

Gavin has been fantastic from the moment I contacted him through to the end of my stay. The instructions given from payment to collection of keys etc was very clear and we certainly enjoyed our vacation more because of the nice apartment and hassle-free experience.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is so conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre. The blue cat is just at the doorstep which made going into city centre and returning so much more convenient. We drove and the dedicated sheltered car park lot was a bonus. The apartment was big enough to accommodate all six of us (adults)! No doubt, this truly feels like our home away from home!
We will certainly rent this again for our next Perth vacation. -

Could not fault this apartment, very clean and comfortable with all those little extras enabling us to feel very much at home. Very nice having the garage so close to the apartment. Pool was very welcomed and close at hand. Also fantastic to be close proximity to the city and Kings Park.
Thanks once again Gavin for your help with directions, nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to staying with you again in the near future.
