Roy (landlord) is really very kind! He met us on the first morning we were at his place and gave us a warm welcome. Roy furnished us with relevant, up-to-date brochures and even gave us a lift to direct us to the nearest train station. We arranged to meet again during our stay as he offered us a lift to the aquarium, and we were pleasantly surprised when he accompanied us at the aquarium and later, brought us around the area. We have our two kids, an 8-year-old son and our 2-year-old little girl, and he was so sweet with them - playing "I spy with my little eye" and bringing us up to the light tower. Thanks, Roy!!! =)

My family and I have had a great holiday in Wa, that's all by Mr. Roy efforts. He's very kind and helpful. His White House was lovely and had everything we needed. We felt like we're at home, as could do everything as usual as at our own house. We will definitely stay there again if travel to Perth.
