Sommerset Holiday House has four bedrooms. Bedroom one has a continental king size bed. Bedroom two has 2 king size single beds. Bedroom three has 1 king size single bed. Bedroom four has 4 king size single beds.
The Kitchen has a dining setting for 8 and is fully equipped, including fridge, hot plates, oven and microwave, kettle, toaster and much, much more.
The Loungeroom is a large airy room with a beautiful leather lounge suite.
The house has one bathroom with a large bath and separate shower recess and toilet which is located off the laundry.

Description
Close to Perth City and the beautiful Swan River, we are only a 5 minute drive to Curtin University and the Burswood Casino. We are very central to all the major shopping precincts as well as the local shopping centre. The local swimming centre, AquaLife, has a fully equipped gymnasium, hydro-therapy pool and sauna/spa. AquaLife is only a five minute walk from Sommerset Holiday House.

A cosy comfortable, well-equipped home in a quiet neighbourhood. Suitable even for a large family.Not far from shops and restaurants. We will surely be staying there if we visit Perth again in the future. Thanks Sandra for making our holiday enjoyable.

This home holiday is really are like own home...the servis is great...I really glade to stay in sommerset...and the location are near to city,near to trains and bus stop...and also near to swimingpool...and for those who bring child there's park side of the block and playground...and thers's deli near by...shops and restaurant..??????????

Lovely house on the outskirts of Perth with great train and bus links to City centre. The house was very well equipped and was clean and comfortable, a home away from home. It was located in a good and quiet neighbourhood with several shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sommerset House is an ideal place to stay in East Victoria Park for all the amenities of the suburb. It is also close enough to the trains and buses to make central Perth a short journey. The house itself has all the comforts of home and enough space even for large parties. Sandra herself is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.Our family could not fault this house nor our experience and will certainly be staying with Sandra if we come back to Perth.

We stayed here while attending a convention at the burswood dome. House was good location, but parking was only on the street. Although we wern't impressed with the hairdryers - both were not working, one we put in the laundry cupboard as it caught on fire - like a flame thrower. The other we got the fan working but was not great. Please spend $20 and get a new one. Also there was no plug for the kitchen sink, we washed dishes in a stainless kitchen bowl.

HI Beth many thanks for going to the trouble in responding to our request and sorry about the hairdryers, I was not aware of the condition they were in and if you had come to me I would have sorted it out there and then but not to worry it's sorted now and in regards to the plug - there was one in the cupboard under the sink.
I'm sorry you found the place lacking but you are the first person in the four years I've had the house to complain so it can't all be bad.
