Minimum night stay: 6 - 18 nights (depending on the season)
(Please note that the 18 night minimum stay applies to the Peak Season: 15 Dec-7 January. The stay must cross over Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years.)

An initial payment of 50% of total rent is required to secure the booking. Payment of this constitutes the client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A Confirmation Notice will be sent to the Guest once deposit is received.
The remaining balance of the rental amount must be received in full, 30 days prior to occupancy.
A Security Deposit of $2000 will be held against your credit card details. This will not be charged in advance but be held as security in the event of a breach of terms & conditions of the Occupancy agreement.
