Adare House is located directly opposite a large grassed oval, tennis courts, cricket bowling pitch, children's playground equipmen, a climbing dome and the "Connaught Park Green Strip”. All great spaces to play for the children and adults to play a game of cricket, football or netball. If you are a keen walker this is excellent opportunity to use the paths which lead you to the Ranford Lake Rotunda and another smaller Lake & Fountain in the Ranford Estate.
Adare is conveniently located to and has easy access to freeways, major arterial roads for day trips sightseeing, quick trips to the City of Perth or the fishing Port of Fremantle and the South Terrace Cafe strip. The property is a 2 minutes drive to Woolworths, Big W and other variety stores & a 3 minute drive to small Thai, Indian, Japanese Restaurants/Takeaways and Fish & Chip outlet.

Eight of us travelled from Singapore and stayed at adare House for a week. We have a toddler and Suzanne arranged for a baby cot and a high-chair for us. Excellent service!
The place is very comfortable, spacious and have 2 living rooms with large screen TVs. Kitchen is well-equipped. We didnt get to use the pool as the weather is turning cold in May, but a nice for summer travel.
Location is very central for us, easy access to Frementle, Swan Valley, Perth City, etc.

Fantastic property inside and out!. Very well maintained & equipped for your stay, even down to the finest detail. Suzanne was brilliant, so helpful & really looked after us. The property is ideally situated in the peaceful suburb of Canning Vale with only a short distance to travel to explore Perth city centre. The pool was an essential in the hot weather & the kids loved it too! I can't recommend this property enough!

The service was always excellent and truly 5 star - always prompt and friendly.
The house itself was immaculately presented, and all facilities were well stocked (sporting equipment was all available, barbecue facilities had abundant gas supplies etc).
The inside and outside were exceptionally clean and tidy, and pool was crystal clear as well.
There is a major shopping centre literally 2 minutes away, so it was easy to purchase anything one needs for ones' stay.
A fabulous holiday in what really felt like a true "home away from home", and we couldn't have been happier or more impressed.
It's little things, but we really loved the extra touches too like the coffee maker, and being able to come and go via the remote garage, and the ducted air conditioning was awesome in our super hot week in Perth!Response from Contact Reservations - 02/12/2013

We stayed in adare house for a week, 4 adults and two children.
The House is extremely comfortable with enough space to enjoy some private moment and nice area to share unforgettable times in family.
Swimming pool and garden makes you believe you're in some tropical island.
Suzanne is one of the kindest person, always available if need be, full of good advice on what to visit around.
The park across the road (with no traffic at all), is great for kids to run/cycle and large enough to throw the boomerang.

We stayed for 4 weeks at the adare House, it is a wonderful accommodation, the house is fully furnished with quality furnitures and equipped with everything a family will need. You Name it! Simply we felt at home.
The beds are super comfy, everything was in a working order.
The location is amazing, opposite to the local park and within a walking distance to Livingstone Shopping Centre.
The Owners are very friendly, professional and extremely helpful, this is what you call a 5* service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
