“Excellent apartment in Centro area Seville"” As arranged through the booking process I communicated with the owner who met me at the apartment and gave me full information on the apartment and surrounding area. Estrella was very helpfull. The apartment itself is excellent in my opinion, fully equipped kitchen storage space, comfortable lounge. The highlight however for me was the balcony/patio which is on the rooftop. For me fantastic sun from morning to about 7pm. Very comfortable for relaxing in the sun and very quiet. The location is close to pretty much anything I could think of. I did not have a car and wouldn't dream of using one in Seville. All the sights walkable distance. Nearby there are 2 supermarkets and tapas bars, cafe's etc. I would definately return.

“Love the location” If you're ok with about a 10 minute walk to see the main attractions, then the location can't be beat. It's far enough away that you feel like you're actually living there as opposed to being a visitor (and we were only there for 3 days). Ask about places to eat -- they have some great recommendations. The room itself was exactly what we needed. It provided a comfortable place to sleep and an opportunity to heat up items whenever necessary. The ability to open up the door to the street was nice for the mornings. The only thing that kept me from rating it as Excellent was the noise you could hear all night from being on such a heavily used (small) street. You could hear the street cleaner and garbage trucks at the wee hours of the night/morning. I'm a light sleeper so it could just be me. Overall great place to stay!

“Perfectly awesome apartment!” This is a gem and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Tucked away on a quiet sidestreet but so close to everything. Brand new interior, squeeky clean, everything one needs in the kitchen. Wonderful roof top terrace. Comfortable beds. Everything was perfect!!

“An unexpected meeting !” The situation of the apartment is ideal to shine in the various districts of Seville. It is very functional and very well equipped, and so very very clean(appropriate, a regular and serious care is obvious). “Easter in Seville” We stayed at the Los Terceros apartments with friends over Easter. It's conveniently located across from El Rinconcillo, the oldest tapas joint in Seville which should interest Foodies reading this review. The property is very tastefully done and you can tell a lot of sweat equity went into the unit given its architectural flair. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

About Seville

- Stroll the Barrio Santa Cruz: Explore this ancient neighborhood beside the Alcazar. This is also a wonderful place to find authentic Spanish restaurants and bars to enjoy after the sun goes down.
