This Pelangi Utama Condo is newly refurbished. This condo is situated at the heart of Petaling Jaya and is just 7 mins walk to the 1 Utama Shopping Center. It is the largest shopping mall in Malaysia and 4th largest in the world (with 700+ outlets). The 3rd bedroom and laundry room have the view of both KLCC Twin Tower and KL Tower. It takes only 5 mins drive to reach Kuala Lumpur, TTDI and 15mins drive to reach the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Condo is surrounded with most tasty local food.

We have enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment which is centrally located and very convenient. This is our first experience in Malaysia for staying in an apartment. The apartment is very clean and have equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay with access to many shopping malls and restaurants.
One of the best thing I have experienced in our stay is the kindness, thoughtfulness and assistance of the Landlord, Ms. Joyce who is always their for you to guide and help your stay with comfort.
I have been to more than 34 countries all over the world. Something unusual happened for me at this time for the first time in my life.I feel sorry for myself and ashamed to mention this incident. But I decided to write something on this incident to justify the kindness and thoughtfulness of Joyce. I left my hand luggage in the apartment due to many things that worried me including not able to get enough time to clean the apartment properly by myself.I called Joyce from the airport and informed her about this and asked her to hand over the luggage to my brother in-law who is staying in Malaysia and she was very kind to help me to do so. Because there is not enough time for me to go again to the apartment and take the luggage before my flight.
So I checked all my luggage and try not to remember the bitterness of my left luggage. Suddenly I have got a call from Joyce and she said she is trying to send my left luggage to the airport. I agreed to wait outside to receive the luggage even with a doubt of reaching them before my reporting time to departure lounge.
Finally Joyce came with my left luggage 10 minutes before the reporting time. This is something incredible and I will not forget this incident. The great and one of the best Landlords I have ever met in my life.
I will always recommend this apartment for everyone I know and do everything possible for me to convince them.

The apartment is clean and comfortable just as per photos shown! Our family consists of adults, children (5-11 yrs)& senior citizens and amazingly everyone is satisfied and happy. This is one of the best vacations ever as we are happy with our accomodation and feel so much at home! Owners are a nice and accomodative couple. They provided additional CD player as well as arranging additional car park for us. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed there for 3 nights and totally enjoy trip. We can get to everywhere easily. Stress free in getting tasty local food and places of interest. Best of all the condo is really modern and clean just like what the owner promised. Everything we need is available in the condo. The swimming pool is well maintained. We will definitely come back as well as recommend others to stay here.
